Have fuel in the trucks before giving the keys to the customers and honoring your word about the fuel requirements if a customer fuels the truck, also don’t add additional fees and price changes when returning the vehicle. These things will make someone not want to use your service

VALERIE ANNEI was given the keys to the wrong vehicle as indicated on the receipt invoice. Manager had to take me to the correct vehicle. Took 30 min to check out vehicle when I was the sole customer at the location.
John WolfThe truck had bad breaks the engine sounded horrible the truck wouldn’t go over 50 mph. The truck had leaks in the roof of the box and all of our stuff got soaked from rain.
