Get identity information before pick up. Asking to contact an employer is sort of ridiculous, especially on a Sunday.

There should be more clear signage about where to park trucks being returned.
Traci DThe drop off location was at the back of a gym. I was not comfortable leaving the vehicle there. Not sure why I had to leave it in such a location when there are 2 Uhaul businesses in my area, either one of which would have been a convenient location at which to leave the vehicle.
Robert RUnmanned drop off. Return website kept crashing. Finally got it to work and dropped keys in box. Called the next day to confirm and someone told me they would "get to it". Then I get a call from Uhaul "wanting to discuss my late return. Frustrating and confusing process.
Kevin CDon’t change the customer’s reservation from a large facility that’s open to a closed facility with hard to find key boxes, dirty trucks, and trucks with the back door frozen shut. HORRIBLE pickup experience.

Quentin RThe app is garbage and caused me to be shorted hours on pic up and resulted in overage on the return. Pretty infuriating. The operators i talked to were GREAT though they should get raises and the it department replaced.
