I reserved the truck at Alameda and Buckley location.I patiently waited for 45 minutes because the line was long.When it was finally my turn I was informed that the truck was in a different location. We ended up very late with our move. When I reserved the truck I reserved a dolly as well.But I did not get the dolly. It would have been appreciated if someone apologized of the inconvenience that was caused by your company.

I was overcharged. There was an insurance coverage that I declined that was added to my bill. I contacted the customer service department but no one has called me to resolve the issue. Terrible experience.
