Storage facility made it very easy to rent one of their units. There is no person on site as the process is 100% remote. Very smooth process with always getting back to me same day or next. Having no delays made both getting in and getting out simple!

The Unit (P05) was at the very end of the row, and in the front of the row the gravel is washed out and is affecting access for larger vehicles or trailers.

Becky was always so helpful. I called each month to pay for my storage and she would email the receipt. Access with the code to open the gait was never difficult and I always had access to my storage space.

Zelionople Mini Storage is one of the BEST storage facilities that We’ve ever used. It was always clean and well lit and secure. But more than anything, the staff was always friendly and immediately responded to any inquiries that we had. Upon moving out (only because we moved out of the area), they refunded the portion of the monthly rent that we didn’t use! Who does that anymore?? They are super awesome and I’d recommend them to EVERYONE!

For almost a decade, I used Zelie mini storage, first in a large unit then a smaller unit. Starting with my parent’s household, then my own overflow possessions. The storage conditions were very good, access to electric beneficial, and most important as an older women, I always felt safe alone. The customer service is superb and if or when I need storage in the future, this would be my first pick. Highly recommended.

The only employee at this location was an older woman. I rented 24 blankets for my move. We had a 26' truck, so we used all 24 blankets. The lady would not check us out until all 24 blankets were folded. I've rented a Uhaul before, and I have never had to do this. After a long day of moving, this was not something I wanted to do. Not using this place again.

The lady at this drop off site was very friendly. She politely asked if we could park the trailer in a specific spot which we had no problems doing this. My over all experience with Uhaul was very good.

Nice enough folks, but the van this time around was in the worst condition I've experienced from Uhaul. Obviously it had been in an accident (door frame was bent) and it had been roughly used (gaskets around doors pulled off, dirt on the floor, etc.). We rent a lot, so this was kind of odd.

Weekday business hours are 10-5:00 pm. Very inconvenient if one has to work. Either need to extend to 6:00 pm or open at 7:30.

Agent should advise customer where truck should be returned if they are not normally open at the end of the rental period - If their facility will be closed, where the truck can be parked and what should be done with key. Had to call the U-Haul emergency number and even they weren't sure what to do with the truck.

This location did not have the carabiner-style devices to allow for safety chains to go through my hitch. I had to go buy some at the local hardware store. This is my only complaint. -Cory

I ordered my trailer three miles from my house and then had to drive 30 minutes to a different pick up location to get the trailer. The customer service at this location was terrible. I was very disappointed in the service with uhaul and will consider other options in the future.
