Had to do the pick up over the phone. Did not like having to send/text pictures of my drivers license to the person I was speaking with. Staff at the location didn't seem to know anything. Will not use them again.Christopher W.

When I picked up my tow trailer, the guy did not get it connected to my ball all the way and it came off the first turn I took. I could have hooked it up correctly but was told it was their policy that they have to connect it to my truck. It slammed the back end of my truck and caused damage. I have a claim in with customer service (after waiting on the phone for 1-1/2 hours) and getting an email after we hung up to send pictures of the damage. Now I am told by email that I would be contacted by a GM shortly. Never got a call and responded back letting Kayla know. She said that it showed in the notes that I was called and they left a VM. Not true! I have had no call nor a VM. It has been two weeks now and nothing has been done yet. Now I am probably going to have to get an attorney to get my truck repaired. Very frustrating!JOHN M.

The guys should have more training on how to attach a trailer to a hitch... 6 minutes from the pickup location our trailer became unhitched almost lost it connected only by the chains bounced around like a ball swerved from side to side.. finally we can to a slow stop on the side of the freeway.. We are not sure if it caused damage to our truck yet... roadside assistance phone gentleman (Dave) does not know what it means when you say your parked on the shoulder next to the exit sign then questioned why we were not with the equipment were when help finally arrive 1 1/2 hour later there was nothing that could be done so again had to get the tow company called that gentleman was very upset he was given the wrong location he called me so i could help him out...finally got a new trailer after the scare of my life & to still be charged for the use of it... this was a nightmarekathy E.

Not a friendly service, no hello or NOTHING. Believe it was the head manager, I'm guessing that's just his personality. But should not represent a big company like that. Wheni came to him for assistance He just pointed to the door and said to call that number and that was it. I was totally lost. But did what I was told. When I called the number. I talked to ms Cathy. She was pleasant. If it wasn't for her, I would've just left and picked another place. But will NOT do it again!TORDARRON A.

This is a tire shop. They have no way of scanning anything at this location. I had to call someone to finish renting my truck.Linda W.
This is a tire place. You have to wait until they get done servicing cars and then call an agent on the phone even if you have a reservation to get everything set up and you can't even use your mobile app to make the process faster.TANNER B.

I arrived at 10:26 am to return trailer and gate was still locked. I walked around to side door and knocked. A guy came to the door from the tire shop and said you can't leave trailer here. I told him that I can not wait. I asked his name and he told me none of my business. Get the fuck out. I took video of him being disrespectful and cursing me out. I left and reported to the first store location and 800 go uhaul. I'm very upset and disappointed of this treatment from Lancaster location.KENYETTA S.
WORST U-HAUL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! When I arrived at the location it was a tire shop. No one greeted me. I then started the pick up my truck process on the app. While filling it out I was approached by a man asking me to help him pay his balance so that he could get his car out of the shop. I then proceeded to complete the pick up process and was told to find my truck. A man came in and the keys to the truck I was to be given was handed to another man. U-Haul had reserved the same truck to two people. I then had to wait for them to change trucks. I left and returned at 10:30p.m. I pulled up and the gate had been locked with my car inside that I drove up there in. I then had to walk to the shop after calling then repeatedly and bang on the window because I saw a man walking around inside. The gentleman then came to the door with NO SHIRT ON HOLDING A GUN. I explained to him that I needed to return the truck and pickup my car. The man then grabbed the keys to the gate and walked me to the gate STILL HOLDING THE GUN. I WAS TERRIFIED. HE WENT ON TO EXPLAIN THAT SOMEONE HAD TRIED TO ROB THE PLACE EARLIER. I immediately took pictures of the truck and odometer and hoped in my car to leave. The next day I contacted U-Haul and was simply told that the location isn't apart of U-Haul. No apology or anything. My card was then charged OVER THE AMOUNT THAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. I WILL NEVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN AND AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING FUTHER ACTION. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!Monica A.

Guy didn't know what he was doing. I was the person there and it took a little longer than a hour to get me on the road. He attached the trailer to the truck but I had to hook up the lights and he walked off. I made sure the lights and everything was good and left.Christopher B.
The man who was trying to assist me didn't know how to access the system. He had to call Kathy. She kept telling me that they were new to I haul. I paid in advance online and did the online check in, however I was at Zain Wheels for over an hour!Marsha M.
Get some one in there that know what's going on. I had a horrible experience today pick up and drop off. Drop off at 5pm and had to be on phone with a u haul person over 30 min and then was over charged. I was charged one price while I'm on the phone with the u haul worker she told me one price . I gave her my card number To pay the amount she told me at drop off and 3 hours later I get an extra charge that wasn't authorize On my card . I Immediately call the u haul place and got no help but we will have some one call u back. no one has called. Please get some workers train . This was the worst experience I ever had with a companylaquita W.
