I started trying to rent a trailer about 130 on 3/23/24 called for assistance being I had limited time .1st rep made a reservation… said none is available but someone would call me back in a hr, and help get trailer me ..1.5 hrs later called back informed that U-Haul doesn’t do that.said 1 would be available next day said that wouldn’t work I needed that day.so reservation was canceled I found a trailer 21 miles away tried to call U-Haul back (3x) talked with rep again she was hard to deal with so slow and unresponsive..that I hung up.. drove to pick up trailer rep at store was great..couldn’t get his app to work he called someone he helped get the rental handled. People handling the reservations that U-Haul wants to happen was horrible but store was great

The place I rented from was very hard to do business with! I had to wait a whole hour for the owner of the store to show up. I ended up calling uhaul customer service and they walked me through the self checkout but the owner still refused to hand over the keys because he didn’t receive a proof on contract in his email, when when the Uhaul customer service representative was on the phone telling him that I had already paid. I also got charged twice for a dolly that was never provided. I wouldn’t do business with this location again.
Mauricio JThe location the equipment was rented from was poorly conducted. He didn't return my trailer for days. I got charged and the problem still hasn't been fixed. At this point I wouldn't recommend uhaul to anyone ever. Considering asking for a full refund. The problem has lasted from the 24th til currently the 7th. If someone would like to amend this mistake I'll accept a call at 7622090491
Dakota MIt would be very helpful if the dealer had known I was coming and had an app that would work. Also a clear return policy would be helpful. App issues

Scott SI had my son in law pick up the trailer for me at this location. when he brought it to me someone had taking off the the wiring for all the lights. when I took the unit back he tried to blame me for the missing wiring. that bit he when I had him show me the picyure he took of my plate and it clearly showed the wiring missing! I had another adaptor that I used back I refused to give it to him! clearly he did'nt care about his product!!!

Brandon DThe on-line check- in is a horrible experience. It took over an hour to get the key pass code. Highly intrusive, requiring two other people to confirm my identity, even though I had scanned my drivers license, my face, the back of my drivers license, four times! I am retired from IBM as a user experience designer, and can say with confidence, that is a completely failed user experience. Otherwise, however, all went well enough. The gentleman behind the counter, did all he could to try to help, but was unable due to very slow connection. My phone turned out to be faster..
Kerry KWhen you arrive, the location is just a sign, you have to call a phone number and let them know. Problem is the phone appears to be a cellphone and it was turned off for the night, I had to pay a "extra fee" inorder to turn it in online.
Lynda CThe guy has no customer service skills...took so long to do contract on his little phone. Get a computer and stop being so cheap man. Messed up on contract twice and had to start again. Selected wrong drop off location. Should not represent or be a uhaul dealer. Didn't ask or explain anything to us. He was in a world of his own.
HINESH PI never received a verification code either time I reserved the truck. The lock on the back of the truck was impossible for me to open. Had to get help.

Kevin WPlacing the online reservation was easy and fast ..My problem was with the pick up location..I was told I didnt have a reservation even after showing the confirmation number ..After 30 min he finally found the information and I was over 45 min after arrival. before I could leave ..He was rude,slow and the uhaul had a flat and he asked me to air it up..

Maurice SFirst of all, the man refused to acknowledge my reservation. I checked and it is still in the system. I had reserved the truck through a trusted UHaul Representative, to make sure the vehicle was available. When I arrived the man stated “the reservation only reserved the vehicle. It does not maintain any of the information. I will have to get your information.” 1, I resent being lied to, but 2, he wasted 40 minutes of my time by going through the rental agreement again. The original rental reservation number is 87031896. The new one is 87059879. I figured out why he did this. He did this so he would not have to split the commission with the UHaul Rep that set up the reservation. Due to the fact that he lied to me numerous times during this rental I want his entire commission canceled and he needs to be reprimanded. This is unethical. That is my problem with this. He was also inconsiderate of me with the fact that he wasted 40 minutes of my time.

james lThe man who helped me at the pick up location didn’t seem to know what he was doing and the truck was not swept out. I had ordered a dolley as part of the equipment but they didn’t have it when I got there. The man said they wouldn’t charge me for anything until I got to my destination, but once I got to the destination my card had already been charged, including the dolley I didn’t get.
emily dMake sure you have the equipment that was asked for. Make sure employee knows what their doing. Make sure the truck is clean.
