Thang NI was overcharged for renting the truck. My intention was to rent it for one day, but things happen, and I ended up keeping the truck till the next day. I was charged double for rental insurance, double for the Dolley, more than triple for a gallon of gas. I have rented from U-Haul so many times but has never experienced such. I moved from Las Vegas to Arizona a while back and the truck was with me for two days but did get charged this much. They decided to charge me $178 for instate moving. In a 15mile radius which was very ridiculous. please stay away from that location, they are criminals.

Ron TI opted for self check out, showed up as scheduled, only to find that their wasnt a truck reserved for me at this location. I had to call the 1-800 # and drive another 20 minutes to another location to get a truck. I should have been notified beforehand.

Kewanna MThe experience overall was horrible. These 2 locations were accommodating. The original pick up location was horrible. They changed the time, no one was available to assist, there was no assistance available. We could not get access to the truck, even though it was sitting there ready.

PhilKristina PI was first told at my reservation location( of which I showed the guy on my phone the reservation number) that I didn’t have a location and I’d have to call Uhaul. He said he didn’t know the phone number either. He was extremely rude. We left in search of another uhaul place that might have a truck, since we were leaving in the morning. Finally, we got a hold of someone on the phone who directed us to the above location and we’re told someone would be there waiting for us. No one was there and we called back and we’re told we’d have to get the truck from 24/7 online… I did that but your site froze right after payment went through so we never got the lockbox code. After 57 minutes on hold we got someone who gave us a code. The truck’s windshield was so filthy with bugs we couldn’t see through it. This whole process took 3 1/2 hours from start to finish… unacceptable and unprofessional. There should’ve been a financial adjustment and someone should have been at the location, as promised.
Barbara Dtruck smelled horrible. check engine light came on in the middle of the move. returned truck 12 hours early because it did not feel safe.
