Although i put yes for the equipment beign clean, there was 1 flaw. The previous customer had replaced the tie downs improperly so the ratcheting mechanism was stuck. Just a though to have that item be checked out prior to next rental. Otherwise, the trailer towed great.
Corey SAgain, you app was poor and did not work. I used your app and online and on 3 phones and still could not get my location so I could return the truck. Why have self service if your app don't work.
Sami BFriendly staff. Having some issues with insurance options, but the staff member was very helpful and explained things well. Wish the price was cheaper, not sure why Easter weekend was more expensive.

The young gentleman was able to tell as about the van we were going to rent including make, model and size capacity. Great service!

I was also pleased to learn there is a way to hire "Help with Moving" through UHAUL that I might also utilize. Overall - fantastic experience!

Barrie AI originally did not choose this location specifically because they did not allow customer parking, which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. The pickup and drop off location I chose, nobody returned the vehicle I rented, so I was forced to go to this location. I would advise everyone to not choose this location. You drive yourself to pick up a moving vehicle, and then bring the moving vehicle back, and drive your vehicle home. The fact that they made me go move my car somewhere else while using the moving truck solo, in an industrial highway zone was absolute b*******, a major inconvenience, & wasted a chuck of valuable time. There was plenty of parking too.
