I was charged $20 for not using the Uhaul app but I tried to use it and the app did not work. Fix the dam app if you are going to charge people if they don't use it. I have an android phone and used Chrome. The app sent me back to the home page after selecting continue. Never got to scan the QR code. I was told I would not be charged but I was. I selected SafeMove that was $14 but was charged $28. I was overcharged by $48. Not planing to use Uhaul next time.

I was disgusted that I had to pick up my equipment in a different city altogether than I wanted AND the location did not have the blankets I paid to rent.

Eliminate that store from handling your equipment. Counter person had no idea what to do. I was there for 2 HOURS trying to get this vehicle that I reserved weeks in advance (which was in the parking lot). The main issue was that the person had no idea on how to use the system nor what can or cannot be done etc. Basically no knowledge, and admitted it. All the while the owner was playing some gambling game they have there. They are a VERY POOR representative of your company!

Dropped truck off after hours, lot was very dark, not comfortable leaving truck, or getting picked up there, called first thing in Morning to make sure all was good, talked to a fellow, was going to return my call after looking at my returned truck, never received a call back

Horrible location. Service was horrible it’s a convenience store. They made me “sign” my contracts on a personal cellphone while it was getting calls and had to redo the entire process twice. The truck was a wreak. Everything about this experience was nothing short of terrible! DO NOT PICK THIS LOCATION- they are NOT professional in the slightest manner.

My reservation was messed up and it took over an hour to get it all straight. The lady at the counter was very helpful and felt really bad for me. The keys were lost took time for that.
