All the little hidden “got ya’s” get annoying. One being the Mobile pick up and drop off isn’t as straight forward the first time you do it...just be ready for it. Your browser has to be allowed to know current location all the time for Uhaul app to work.

Dropped off the truck after hours and placed keys in the dropbox. Didn't know what to expect with my deposit. Next day got a call from Julie to say my deposit was ready for pick up at my convenience. Again, outcome was better than expected. The whole process from pick up to drop off was super smooth.

It was VERY difficult getting into the Van. We had to pick up our U-Haul after hours, and the lock used on the truck where the keys are, was very difficult to open. We had to call U-Haul and keep them on the phone. They changed the lock combination a few times before it actually opened. This whole process was too complicated! Won't be picking up truck from this location after hours anytime soon.

Tried to return vehicle with the phone app but it would not work properly. At the point where you are asked to take picture of dashboard for gas and odometer readings, it would not download the pictures. The app kept returning me to the point where it asked for a picture. I would take the picture, the app gave a choice of "retry" or "ok", but it would not download and kept returning to the same point. I had no choice but to simply leave the keys in the drop box and incur the $20 drop-off fee. Grrrr.

The customer service was terrible and the lady at the counter was rude. You really need to improve on your customer service and how, you speak to your customer’s. You could also improve by letting your customer ‘s know that there is no place to park a vehicle, when picking up a truck. In my opinion, the spot you chose for this U-Haul location does not take safety for your customer’s or any vehicle coming or going from your parking lot at this location into account. Thank you, for providing me with a safe clean truck.

I was provided with a $10 certificate from U-Haul last year. I tried using it when booking online and it didn't apply. U-Haul agent did not know how to apply it either. I was hoping I can use it with this purchase. This was disappointing.

Had a wonderful experience. I was unable to rent the truck I needed at another location, so I came here instead. So happy that I did! Check in was quick & easy and everything was explained in detail. Drop off was also fast and easy. The lady I dealt with was very helpful, professional & personable. Thank you for making a stressful day much less stressful! I will definitely be back in th future.

For dropping off the truck is the impossible part. I lost my 2 hrs to use the app for returning and trying to take the photos but it did not let me do it. Called the customer service and they answered after 1.5hrs. Then I have to call to the location again in the morning to let her know what happened at the time of dropping it off.

Pick up process wasted a lot of time. Had to wait 40mins for the approval and I was only approved online after calling in and waiting 30mins on the phone to talk to a representative. Completely eliminates the point of a 24/7 online check in process.

The App didn't work for check in after hours - there should be an option to submit time stamped photos somewhere else when the app is down. I called in to make sure they knew about the late drop off but had to call the location in the morning as well to make sure they didnt charge late fees. I not have to get the late fee waived. Wasting a bit of time, not a big deal but it could be smoother.

Probably I will not use this location anymore. I specifically asked to reserve utility dolly for myself and emphasized it a couple of times. Guess what, when I arrived to pick up the truck and dolly I was told that there is no guarantee when you reserve a dolly (which was never said to me), and doesn't really make sense since I am definitely renting a truck and coming for it. Also, there was water in the door handle in the cabin of the truck. so when I closed the door it all dripped over to the driver's seat.
