I was charge for not cleaning the van I get it, but then we over fill the tank of gas and did not get credit!! ðŸ˜¡ That sucks! And then they were reading the contract over again to me like if I didn't know how to read! I am not ever renting there again! I usually rent trucks from Homedepot. They are more friendly, than this place, cause they couldn't be friendly with my husband either!!! Pathetic place!!Lorena A.

Try for 20 minutes to get location sign in to work... my phone said on to every question. And gas charge is wrong . It was a total rip off gage was same place when I pick up truck I put 52.00+ dollars in it for about 170 miles. It was close to 1/2 tank than 5/8 they said. You charge me $16 more. Ok I'll try to never rent u haul again.Phil H.

Everything was great. I would suggest taking a look at the Uhaul app. I have an android phone and I couldn't take any pictures of my ID or of the truck from the app. I had to go to your site from the browser to take pictures. Overall experience was very convenient, office staff was great when I initially called to get information, and picking up truck with mobile device was pretty cool seeing that the location was closed.Anthony I.

I asked to be checked in with the person in the office, they said I had to do contact less check in. I spent over 30 mins without success to do the contact less check in, was never check on why I did not come in. I had to call 1800 number, to have them tell the office to check me in.Ashley P.

Understanding the process to set-up the phone pick-up was not straightforward. I thought I had done everything I needed to do prior to pick-up, but found out I still needed to take a picture of my Driver's License and have an alternate contact set-up. Also, the expectations of what I would have to do with the return were unclear prior to actually having to take pictures of the fuel gauge, odometer, etc.Mark K.
The location was easy to locate. The check-in and return process was a little challenging.Sandra L.
I completed all of the check information on line. Yet when I showed up to pick up the trailer I had to knock on the door and wait for the person to assist. He still required me to present my DL and credit card - again after all of this was submitted to make check in fast. It took over 20 minutes for him to do this. The trailer - I admit I did not inspect prior to departure - had red mud all over the bottom. Since I was moving upholstered furniture I had to was the trailer out first and then dry it prior to loading.Tamara B.
I only drove the truck 8 miles and was charged for 1.7 gallons of gas at $3.753 per gallon. At 16 miles to the gallon I would have only used 1/2 gallon of gas and there is no gas station in Alpharetta selling gas for $3.753 per gallon. And I am sure the truck gets better gas mileage than 16 miles to the gallon. The needle hardly moved from where it was at the time I picked up the truck. It 's the principal, not the money. Also the girl was very rude.Rebecca O.
I did not like using the app to pick up the truck. They had to call someone else to verify me when I took a picture of myself and my drivers license plus there were camera in the back of the building where I was standing waiting for them to approve. I had to walk to the back of the building find the truck and then walk back to the front of the building to a lock box to pick up the key. It took almost 30 Minutes for me to pick up the truck. On U-Haul website they claim this is a faster way to picture the truck, which I don't think is the case..Thomas W.

I tried using uhaul app for self service, which was so bad and frustrating. App was not working or not providing any message/error. Just hangs. I tries using web application through phone. That also was not helping. Tried different browsers which couldnt help either. Luckily a staff was available at the counter. Same issue while dropping the vehicle.Ratheesh J.

I was not aware of the charge for the service dolly. This was a surprise. I did not need the dolly. The rental rate should be quoted to include the dolly if it's a requirement 29.95 + 14.00. I was also quoted 14.00 for the safe move coverage but my final bill charged 28.00. I also thought the weekday mileage rate was 0.59 and weekends 0.79. I was charged 0.79 for a Wednesday. It seems like it's a moving target with the billing. My estimated charges at pickup reflected $78.22 and my final billing was $141.53. I think this is still a fair price and service at this location was exceptional. To improve for next customer, I would recommend final billing be more close to initial estimate without hidden charges.Charles H.

This location was very close to my starting point for my move. It is a well run company and usually have all the moving supplies I need, and the staff is courteous and helpful to support renting moving equipment and supplies.Jin B.

Mr foster seems to be the guy who owned the place and was very unprofessional and rude and charges me for 2days without an warning. I was just late by an hour and i tried to inform by calling before the store closing and they dint respond to my calls.. very unprofessional and disappointed never gonna come back to uhaul nor recommend .. budget rental from now onsyed H.

Amazing location accessibility and customer service. Building location is on a great area and the owners of the UHaul rental/storage facility were super helpful and nice. With everything being an e-checkin process it made for simple pick up and drop off!Kaci P.

The self-check in was a little cumbersome at first but after I got the hang of it, it went well. Definitely good to watch the video prior to going through the rental. The folks at Your Extra Attic were good too. Although access to them was limited due to Covid, they were still responsive when I arrived and was going through the check in steps.Sean C.

First change the person at that location, worst experience ever. I missed returning the truck at the time scheduled and he called me threatening me that i was illegally on possession of the vehicle and he was gonna report me, i told the man what he needed to do, is not the first time I missed a day as i have been on a position where the truck I reserved wasn't available because some one couldn't return it on time but what that man did to me is unacceptable.Juan S.
