I had accidentally booked the wrong date and didn't realize until the day of my move. I called in a panic, and the nice lady helped me get a truck despite my mistake. Thanks again, for helping me in what could've turned into a bad situation.
WENDY STruck was a little rough and a little dirty, not bad yet could be better with little effort. Overall, very happy with the trip.

JEANNEANE SThe customer service was great! I would definitely recommend this location. The place was conveniently located and was run in an orderly way. I really appreciate that! Our only concern was that the "check engine" light was on when we started the truck. We are not mechanics and we were told it was nothing to be concerned about. We didn't have any problems with it while we had the truck. I just wanted to explain why I put "no" under "Was the equipment clean and well maintained." The truck was clean, I just wasn't sure about the "well maintained" part. We would have probably asked for another truck if we had been traveling a long distance.
MICHAEL SI requested an appliance dolly, gor a utility dolly. We made it work but disappointed.
Robin JI picked up my truck after hours. When I went to get my key from the lock box, the padlock used was very hard to open. It took 15 minutes and 2 people to get it open.

JACK MGreat service at pick up location. Only had a short distance to load up address. Noticed a roofing nail in the outer tread of the left rear tire. Checked tire pressures and found 17psi in that tire and the other tires were 47, 56 and 63 psi. As this trailer was sent over from another location, I guess that location would be responsible for the equipment checkout before delivery to next location? I set pressures to 65psi with my portable compressor and kept checking during the drive to Michigan. No issues. I marked the nail location with a yellow tire crayon and informed Andys Party Store (drop off) of the nail so they can address that before sending this unit out.

JAMES NIt was neither location's fault, but I will be sure to use the U-Haul app next time, as I've done before, since it makes the return process much easier. I had some struggles with the return process because I did not use the app to make the reservation.

JENNIFER HI would expand on the 2nd question. Truck ran well over our 270 mile trip. Truck did have some damage and the condition check upon leaving was through a link texted to me. Due to some data restriction on my phone, the link expired before I could upload photos. In the end, everything worked out well. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
JOHN MYour app is horrible! Your "live chat" person I first spoke with ended the chat while I was typing my message. She told me to delete and reinstall the app. The second person got me to anther person who was able to help. All while I was standing at the pick up. It took almost an hour! I called the phone #, she transferred me to a voicemail! No one ever called me back. This is the last time I use your service!

Charles SI should have looked at my email before driving. I inspected the vehicle but should have recorded results. Not used to renting vehicles and it's all on the phone now instead of on paper! Vehicle was ready as promised - appreciated - and will rent again soon to haul my item back home.

MICHAEL AMake sure you check the truck for gas level before you drive. They put full level on doc even it is not full tank. They charge you extra on gas even you have proof. Not helpful and honest service.
AYKUT UNot charge a cleaning fee for a truck that came dirty (water bottle left in passenger side door) and the back was not swept out when we picked it up, but we still swept the back out when we were done with the truck! Not to mention the only thing you probably had to clean out from that truck from us is my boyfriend's glasses he might have accidentally left in there. The break lights did not work, the engine light was on when we picked the truck up and I have photos of the engine light!
