First off the guy changed my reservation in the computer. My quote was 315.00. When he ran my card he charged 548.00. I told him that was not what I was told it would be. He said that's what he was charging. I told him I would get with somebody from the place where I made my reservation. Then I paid for a dolly that I didn't get. Claimed he didn't have one. Just a horrible experience and he is very rude.

This was my first 4th time renting a u-haul but my first time having to go to this location. It was by far my best experience renting a truck. Dianna Young was very helpful and explained in depth every question I had. I will definitely go.back to this location the next time I need to rent a truck.

The inside tires on the back of the truck we're dry rotted and overall needed to be replaced. I sent a message to add a dolly and apparently they were closed and didn't get the memo. I got a call about how we stole a piece of equipment but he wasn't going to call the police and just charge us separate for it when we brought it back. It wasn't a very good experience at all.

Everyone was great and it was a good trailer. The only issue is the holes in tie down rails were too small and I could only use bailing twine to secure my load.

It was pouring down rain when I returned my rental and the employee stood in the rain directing me to park the trailer.

Was told the van was full of fuel. I used it for 13.1 miles and when I went to refill the van it took 6+ gallons. Either the van has a fuel leak or it wasn't full to start with.

Well uhaul is loosing a long time customer because the quote for a 2 day rental was excessive to begin with at 2 hondos... Then I did a self checkout option, what a racket, paid online in advance" for confiditiality"(uhauls selling point), went and hooked up the trailer myself no one came out to help. Then when I stopped in the office to let them know and ensure all was good they first said it was not paid for(I disputed), then had to take pictures because they didnt hook it up(joyious waist of time), then they charged me another $20! This is just enough to inspire this long time uhaul customer (been using them since I was stationed in California and Virginia (Texas Veteran) whilst active Marine over 20 years ago) to go buy my own trailer with tandem axles...

Our first reservation was made through U Haul . After driving 40 miles we were told that the trailer was not available and not due until the next morning. They helped us find a more expensive option in Nederland and everything was ok there.

The ratchet mechanism for the hold down straps on the auto transport need to be lubricated. They are very difficult to use. I have rented this trailer before and it has always needed lubricating. Very hard to use.

The check in process was frustrating. They had my time wrong and it took 2 calls to the UHaul customer service to fix it. It added 30 mins to my trip to get the truck. So that was frustrating. The truck leaked on my boxes that night during a rain storm. But overall, I was satisfied.

Same complaint. Just does not apply to this location because they did not start our contract with us. I am not happy about being charged for mileage overage when the original drop off location was incorrect. I feel very taken advantage of and will not be using U-Haul any further.
