It was very difficult to get a 26' truck out of this location.

It's obvious that UHaul is not the primary business at this location. I was ignored when I entered the building and nobody was wearing a mask for COVID-19. The trailer, however, was in great shape.

UHaul pickup was fine. They should ensure staff on-duty at all hours are cross-trained in all aspects of the UHaul process. We had to make a call or two in order to get it to work. I believe the manager had to wait until 9am to file his paperwork because the UHaul system thought that's when the location opened, when in fact they open at 7am. I wanted to get on the road earlier, so he gave me the key after we walked-around and off I went. Shouldn't have to be a hold-up like that. I want to mention the staff here are great and called me as per my request when the vehicle was available early. That really helped me, and should be a standard practice at all locations!

This place is the best i awer see in i rent my freinds rent befor newer head treatment this good defenetly i will return and tall my freinds to rent from this location the lady was so help full she went oput off he rway to explain aweriting abouth truck uhaul policy try to sell boxes she was wanderfull wearry nice smiling i would giv ethe best off best to this location
