Best Uhaul experience I have ever had. CL is the most professional Uhaul dealer I have met.

I was so frustrated with UHaul. We were given one location to drop off the trailer via text which was in Durham. We drove to the location after business hours, I called Uhaul and got someone who sounded like they were answering calls from home. I told her I was sitting at the location and she said we were supposed to return it to a location in Hillsborogh. She then had to transfer me to scheduling. Of course, I was put on hold and waited and waited. We finally gave up and despite have driven all the way to the texted location, ultimately drove to Hillsborough to drop of the trailer. It was frustrating that we could not drop it off near where we were using it but instead had to travel almost an hour round trip just to be made aware that the drop off location had changed. Then, as long of a day and late as it was, we had to travel off the interstate to finally drop off the trailer. This was very inconvenient and upsetting and add to the stress of moving day and 18 hours of travel and moving. I was not too happy!

the lights on the car trailer quit working and had to tow at night and the straps for the tires were too small could not be use it to tow my vehicle... Talk to the sales representative and he had absolutely no concerns that we were unable to use the trailer and was not willing to do a refund or some kind of cash back...I WILL NEVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN!!!!
