Pleasant, quick service and convenient location.

I returned my trailer early and getting the refund back to my credit card was delayed, still not sure if was credited back to my credit card. Had to pay cash because your system kept saying my card was invalid. My credit card company verified my card was active. I was not impressed with the quality of technical support from U-haul.

The gentleman didn't make sure that the fuel was checked right from the last renter and then told me that as long as I returned it filled the same level as I got it that was fine now I'm charged $15 for his fuck up!!!

The ratchets for the wheel straps needed lubrication. The safety chains were not in great condition. Everything else was great, including the tires.

Nice guy at the Yankton bowling alley (Jim), but he was busy with important family matters. The area representative in SD Nick was also helpful. Because of Jim’s schedule, had to stop by to arrange rental on Friday night, then return again on Saturday to pick trailer up. Contract change to make this happen took a good while on Friday night. On Saturday, the trailer serial number I rented was not accessible to my RV, as had been agreed upon Friday. Available trailer was dirty, and I had to sweep out. Had to call Nick to get contract changed again. Also, the moving supplies that I ordered were not available at bowling alley. Result was that I spent about 3 hours total renting a trailer. It normally takes 20 minutes at my local U-haul. No one died, and everything worked out in the end, but spent about 3 hours on what normally takes 20 minutes. I got $50 off (I think), but would rather have 3 hours of my life back.

We dropped off the truck before our time, and there was no one there. we called the number and were told to leave the keys in the truck and they would check it in. That never happened. I got a call 2 days later saying that we are late with check in. If I am charged extra it will not be fun for who ever answers the phone.

The drop off is a bowling alley that also has a key drop off box but it had been vandalized so I had to go into the bowling area to find help. The man working there said he would take the keys and manage the drop off of the truck and trailer that I rented . He was very helpful with this equipment return.

I was told they opened at noon. I got there a few minutes after and the kid that was there said he couldn't help me and his boss would be back soon. they couldn't get the computer to work and I gave them my CC number and was told to go hook it up. The receipt was emailed to me, but , as I was on the road, I had no way to reproduce it. I was just lucky and had no trouble.

This location was just a lot for drop off and there were no personnel. Keys and contracts were dropped in a locked key box so it really cannot be rated.

Fix your drop off box for keys/contract!! This was broken!! Was told by a uhaul rep on the phone to just lock the keys and contract in the vehicle!! They would just have to jimmy it open to get the keys out but I wouldn't be responsible fir it!! I had 2 witnesses to this conversation!! This morning I Got charged an extra $51 on my credit card due to having to lock the keys and contract in the vehicle. I shouldn't have been charged this!!!! When I called uhaul regarding this I was told it couldn't get looked into until Monday!! Ridiculous!!

Drop off is a bowling alley parking lot. Owner was not there. A bar and grill next door took the paperwork and gave it to the owner whenever he showed up. You need to pick another agent, I would not rent from this dump.
