Was told to use the on line 24/7 rideshare application. Got half way through to the point where it gave you the code to open the lock. The lock wouldn't open. After almost an hour or trying to get it open with the help of uhaul associate. We had to go inside and do a new rental inside. Almost 2.5 hours later we were on our way. The gentleman inside was very nice. Uhaul needs some work.

I'd like to say that the customer service by Brenda was outstanding. She was amazing despite all the issues with the website. The truck was in good repair but the cargo area was dirty with something gross, brown, and sticky that we had to scrub of to avoid ruining our belongings. I'm conflicted because I wouldn't want anybody else to go through what I went through but Brenda herself made the experience much better. I felt it was way too expensive for what I needed it for especially considering how dirty it was, how long it took to complete the process in the overall experience.

It took an hour to get my truck after I had told them everyday for 3 days before I picked up the truck I am going to rent a truck. Their computer system did not work. Ended up haveing to do everything threw one of the employees cell phones. The code for the lock on the back of the truck never was sent. Had to call a lot of people to find out what the code was so we could open the back of the truck to get the key. I called customer service to get my reservation switched from an instore pick up to a 24 hour cellphone pick up. And after 30 min on hold a lady answered and she said she switched it and hung up then I tried to go online to do it and it said I had to go inside to the counter to get the truck/assistance. Uhaul really needs to send a rep or it guy out here to fix/work on their system so that it works properly and they train everyone on how to use it. Just set it up the system is not enough. Their are bugs and issues that need to be fixed and training that needs to happen.
