The trailer we were rented was in very poor working order. When we attempted to load the trailer, the doors would not open. There was a significant problem with the door and track. Half way to our destination, one of the tires blew out and the brake had fallen apart. Roadside assistance got us to Amarillo where we needed to unload and reload into a new trailer. Inspect and maintain your equipment.

I called to reschedule my reservation and the guy on the call was super unfriendly and did not save the reservation so I had to settle for a smaller truck with less time due to his error.

Repave the asphalt. Set up a "U-Haul" sign on the premises. Add a progress bar to the web interface so I know how close I am to the end.

I would never pick up from this location again or recommend it to a friend. The worst uhaul location out there. My uhaul was disgusting on the inside finding rages that were completely covered in brown goo. Never order from this location, period.

Didn’t even inspect vehicle with me. Vehicle had a hole in gas tank and no windshield wiper fluid when it started to snow

I never realized there was a u-haul rental there. It popped up online while I was looking for the trailer. It turn out to be much closer to my house than the other locations I have used in the past. It will be my new location for the next time for sure.

I came to pick up my truck and it had just snowed the night before. The vehicle was frozen, I think the company could have at least brushed off the window and warned up the car.

When I made reservation, I was told I could return after hours with after hours key drop. When I picked up vehicle, I was told that there would be a $20 fee to do this. I was never told there would be an extra fee...so excessive and equal to the actual rental cost for me to return after hours. The rep who helped me at the pick up location wouldnt just finish with me but instead helped every person who walked in the store during our transaction, making me wait for him to help alllof the people who came in after me. This was terrible customer service I received and I wish there was another alternative company for renting moving trucks to give uhaul some competition and customers a choice instead of having to deal with this type of experience. I have had similar poor experiences in the past using uhaul and the only reason I used again was because there is not another choice.

The place wasn't bad. It was the fact I went to one place first Lulu's Farm which is where I made my pickup for and when I got there they had no idea what I was talking about and someone comes up and says oh I got a text saying your reservation got moved. So now I had to drive another 11 miles to get my equipment. Which I was renting these to haul my car back since I was having transmission problems. Other thing is have more than one person working at the Y Market because he kept having to run in and take care of customers and leave me high and dry

Cashier made me wait until he helped all of the convenience store customers even though I arrived first. I would rather use an actual Uhaul dedicated store next time

Not much was easy pick up things went as expected.

The store was poorly kept, extremely dirty and the attendant did not seem concerned with the needs of the customers. The truck cabin was filthy and dusty, had food crumbs on the floor and the previous customer left quite a mess of sunflower seeds on the floor.

Honor reservations. Not happy that I had reserved a truck days in advance only to have a truck unavailable at the reservation time. Someone I spoke to on the phone told me they would give me a $50 credit for the troubles, but I never saw that reflected in the invoice.

The guy who checked me out was rude like I was a inconvenience to check out for the rental and somehow on line it showed my total to be 50 when he checked me out was near $80

This isn't the location where I made the reservation. I made the reservation at a location 5 minutes from my home. I made the reservation 5 weeks in advance so you had plenty of time to have the equipment ready at the location I chose. Two days before my scheduled pick up date, I was told that I had to drive 90 minutes to a location on the south side of Denver. I find this unacceptable management. I was very disappointed.

You need to take better care of your equipment. The trailer I rented was in poor shape. The place I picked it up from, the store attendant didn't speak English that well. And there was only one person there trying to take care of myself and other customers. Then on top of that I had to wait for the attendant so he could help me hook it up. You need to get more people there and people who speak English.

Did not have promised equipment for move, had to spend 45 minutes finding proper moving equipment. Location is very dirty and unprofessional looking. Truck had starting problems as well as steering is very loose.

My experience wasn’t the best. Then the trailer was to small for my truck even though the uhaul website said it would fit. I had to go to 3 locations after reserving mine at a specific one. I lost a day of packing and such. The pick up experience was crap to be honest.

I had made an online reservation the day prior and verbally confirmed that I would be picking up the uhaul van prior to my scheduled time. I was in the middle of the check in process when the owner of the ymart called the associate working with me and said that he needed the van for a personal matter and that I could not have it. Subsequently had to find another location to rent from. This caused a major time delay for a very busy day.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve likely ever experienced. Attendant was rude, not helpful, and made me detach the auto transport myself (including my vehicle, the transport it, and moving the heavy transport by hand, which has to be an insurance liability). “It’s not my job to do this,” he says. If you’re working here, I think it is your job - especially after being helped by many other helpful employees with transports over the year. Stay away!

Poor experience with Uhaul from the start when they called and told us our original reservation site was moved 15 miles away from where we live. Then they didn't have a truck closer than that so we found one on our own only 3 miles from where we lived. The place we picked it up was dirty and the guy didn't seem to know what he was doing. It took a long time to get the uhaul reserved. This was an awful experience from start to finish.

FANTASTIC young man met me in the parking lot as soon as I pulled in and was eager to assist in checking me out then crawled right under the car carrier to assist with disconnecting the safety chains and hook up connections. Great to see his eagerness to help.

We were charged $27 for less than an 1/8th of a tank of fuel. My husband was so upset that we left without our deposit. We returned today to get the money and was told that we couldn’t get it because the guy didn’t work today.??????

This was the worst experience we've ever had with a moving company. We have used Penske many times and only have ever used Uhaul one other time. We have asked to speak to a manager in regards to this experience that we had with this location. We are not satisfied at all and will not be returning customers based on this experience. We're hoping that a manager can contact us and make things right.

While I did not have an issue with the location I do have an issue with the reservation system. I made my reservation for one location and named the time I wanted to pick up. System gave me a time frame after I stated my preferred pick up time but my time was not included in the timeframe your system offered. Then I made it for another location and system said okay and then I get a text message saying I have to pick up from another location.

The truck I rented was not available. I was given 215 foot trailers a car hauler which cost me twice what it would’ve cost me with a regular truck that I had ordered. I feel U-Haul should’ve done better for me as far as the price was concerned. I was told I’d get a call back last week I never received one. I would never recommend U-Haul to any of my family or friends.

No direction where to park the vehicle so I parked in the open spot I saw. Manager came out upset where I parked and wanted me to move it. I stated I was not good with backing it up and there was no direction where to park. He stated his frustration and walked off inside. I was right behind him and had to push the door open myself. Then I was 4 hours late. To drop off. When i ordered the uhaul it did not state i had to drop it back off by a certain time. Otherwise I would have asked for more time. More getting charged 114.00 extra for 4 hours that was never stated to me. Not good customer service at all.
