We were given a gas station as a pick up and drop off location in which all windows and doors were covered by bars For safety reasons..then I did an online checkin but the owner of the station delayed me taking the vehicle close to an hour ..and I was charged for 50 miles and only drove 27! Your service was sucks. Changed my pickup location without my permission at a far place because of Covid-19. I chose online pickup but I needed enter the store and asked the lady to start the service. She was super kind and nice. But your service made me wait 40 mins there. I missed my movement due time. I couldn't return the car at night because the store I picked the car up was closed at 8pm. So I drop the key in the nearest uhaul parking where has the drop key box. You called me at the next morning and told me I would have been fined $500 if I drop the car at different place. I and my friend went back the uhaul parking and return the car at the store. I hate that service a lot and not recommend to others unpleasantly.Destiny E.
When I got in the van, the low tire pressure indicator was on. I went back in the store and the person had to come out and pump up all 4 tires. When done, it still had the low tire pressure indicator. When I returned the van, the was no lock box to drop the key. I then called uhaul to inform them I had the key and would bring it back when the business is open. I was on hold FOURTY minutes just to tell someone there was no lock box and I have the key.MELANIE H.
This was not the fault of the location but of corporate U-Haul. The credit card program was down which was very frustrating. We couldn't rent a truck until it came back up. We had to put off our rental until that afternoon. Very frustrating.Beth B.
