Bonita was super nice and helped me do the self return on my phone. UHauls biggest asset is the great reps in the field and the two I dealt with were super. Thanks for a great job! And, by the way, those auto transports are smooth as silk. Easy to load/ unload and safe on the road!

No improvement needed. It was a holiday day when arrived they were closed. I called and left message they got right back to me and told me I could drop off everything with no problem. They later called me to tell me everythings all set. Very friendly And cheerful people.
