I feel that I was overcharged. My initial order did not include any additional coverages (you can check). However, when I picked the van up it was included in my charges. It bad on me for not noticing but worse on your dealer for slipping it in without any explanation. Also, a $20 charge was added for a drop off after hours. Your dealer said that once I returned the vehicle I could go on line and have this charge waived (van was returned within the appropriate rental period). I went on line and could not find anything to waive this drop off charge so it was added to my bill. I tried texting but it just bounced back. This represented a total of an additional $50 on my bill (total bill was $200) - 25% overcharged. The van itself was excellent - new and fixed up for a moving van. Ted Jefferies 647-822-0149

The rented vehicle was at the back of a large lot and not brought up despite it being raining. I had parked near the location then and was told to move my car effectively making me walk back and forth in the rain to move both on my own. The person who did the paperwork was abrupt and dismissive with little interest in helping out.

Easiest Pick-up and Drop-Off with the App features. Can improve by stating that you need to take a picture of the mileage and Gas Level when bringing it back.

We had reserved a van for 3 pm on August 10th. When we arrived at 3:05 pm we were told the U Haul person had gone for lunch. We didn't have a lot of time as we needed to take things to the dump before it closed. I asked the person who works for Xtreme Car Rentals to call the U Haul person. He tried many times but the call was never answered. He called a different U Haul person to come in and helped us, by the time they arrived it was 3:45 pm.

UHAUL needs to get a full detail done on this unit, it literally smells like urine. On a positive note, Xtreme Car rentals is easy and a friendly place to deal with.

Make all charges clearer online before customer comes in and see’s they are spending a lot more. Truck was not very clean in the back when we got it (dirt) The gas tank in our trunk went down way to fast especially for how much we were paying.

I booked the one way truck rental over two weeks in adavance and requested a 26 foot truck for a pickup at 9:00am I was told that they would notify me within 24 hours prior to the pickup day where I would have to pickup the truck. I was notified around 5pm the day before and told I can pickup the truck at 11:00am (not 9:00am) and. 20 foot truck (not a 28 foot). My one way move was almost 200 miles. The next day I ended borrowing a friends pickup truck and trailer and drove the 400 mile round trip to finish my move as the 20 foot trailer could not accommodate the contents of the 3 bedroom house I was moving from. It cost me a lot of extra money for this move not to mention my time for the extra 400 mile round trip. Very disappointed with UHAUL with this move.

Ok. No clear sign or properly marked parking for truck

WheI picked up my va, I wanted to check the mileage and it read 12km more than what was on my contract do I immediately took a picture of the speedometer. Thei proceed out and I notice it's reading right front tire is low on air. (Took another picture)! I needed to find a gas station that had the air machines sI drove out of my way unI found one. The tire Gage read 40psi on a 80psi tire. I now was 20 minutes late for the location I needed to go to for the bedroom set I was picking up! When I brought it back, they didn't care to see my pictures and didn't discounanything off my bill and in fact said the last customer should have told them that the tire was low!

There was a confusing sign for after hours drop off. It was not clear where we should leave the truck. Sign said right side of the building but had arrows pointing to the left side. Other than that it was fine.

Your fuel refill policy is customer unfriendly. Build fuel cost into your cost/mile, or rent vehicles with full tanks OR refund customers who bring vehicles back with more gas than when they picked it up.

1. The customer service rep was rude and unprofessional 2. The van smelt like wet dog, it was unbearable to be in and the whole time I was worried that my furniture would pick up that small. Something should be done to clean these vans and trucks a little more. Or at least put an air freshener in one. It was very gross to say the least.

Very difficult to find. No uhaul signage on location and street address not visible. Drove by it trying to find it. Very frustrating.

The location and staff great but I didn't feel comfortable using it for the full day because a warning came on dash low oil add oil I let the staff know i am disappointed only used truck 6 hours and less then 30 km thought it someone should know Don Thomas

Customer service was terrible. Was originally suppose to pick up truck from a different location but the 26' truck was only at Xtreme car rentals. They did not call us to tell us of the change. They did not do a walk-around with the truck and gave us a truck with low gas. The cabin smelled of animal pee and was dirty (Q-tips, nails, screws, dust everywhere). They tried to get us to pay for the truck again, when the contract pulled up on their screen clearly said the truck was paid in full online. Even after telling them this, they asked for my credit card again, which I didn't give them as there was no more need for payment. After asking a second time, they stopped. When we went to go fill the truck with gas, the gas cap (had the wrong gas cap) was rusted onto the neck. Had to get roadside assistance to come to remove the cap, clean it, and also fill the tires up with air, because one tire was a little flat. Tried to call Xtreme Car rental about the gas cap and they said there was nothing they could do. Because of this experience, we will probably reconsider using UHaul again.

Was not sign posted well at all drove past it twice neon light came on but i had already pased it..also truck top left side was leaking water my daughters bed was soaking ..
