The cab smelled of smoke. The oils pressure gage kept fluctuating to well above and well below safe levels, and the breaks were very squeaky and slow to respond. In addition to this I was charged for 2 days because I returned the unit 9 min after the deadline. This is because the internet service at the facility is poor and it took 20 mins to use the app to check the vehicle in. Lastly, I was charged for moving blankets that the site did not provide. I called this in to U-Haul customer service. I have been on the phone a total of just under two hours to inform you of these issues, and am awaiting a reply. I should be refunded 1 day of use and insurance. Also the total cost of moving blankets.Aaron H.

I put in a order for a van and got a 26 ft truck. I also received no dolly. I was charged for what they wanted to give me and not what I ordered. I will not be doing truckshare option anymore. I think I'll just go to Lowe's next time.brittany G.

Supplies ordered were not in the truck. Truck was dirty in the cab and the trailer. I was originally charged for undelivered supplies (blankets and dolly), but eventually credited; the process took too long. Not having a moving dolly as expected required me to make a separate trip to Home Depot to rent one that took up valuable time and energy.Melinda M.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I have been doing business with you for 8 years and not once I had an issue or complaint until I came to this location, not to mention the odor of Marijuana inside the office and the dirtiness all over, to sum everything up it was a disgusting experience truly.Ashraf H.

The inside of the Uhaul was extremely filthy with dry red Georgia dirt. I should have open it to see the condition but I didn't due to the fact that I waited so long for assistance, until I got home.Timothy S.
