Truck barely started multiple times on me.
Jason D.Unfortunately no one was there when I went to pick up the Uhaul. Had to wait a half hour for someone to show up. Made a reservation in the morning for noon and no one came back until 12:30 and it cut into the time I would have to return the Uhaul. And another unfortunate situation occurred when I went to drop off the Uhaul as well. No one was there again. The sign said they closed at 6 and I arrived at 4:45 to drop it off. I had to use the online thing to complete the return so I would not incur an additional charge for coming back tomorrow. My phone was on 1% & was not sure if I could complete the transaction. It is stressful to move but this made things worse. Sorry will not be using you guys again :(

Phillip dang L.The truck was dirty with old food wrappers, cups and dirt all over. It was bad. It's crazy how they even let me rent it. Then I call the customer service and was suppose to get a call from a regional never got any calls. I got an instant call when I wanted to rent it lol but bad customer service when I they provide me with a dirty truck.

EDRIC A.I was charged inaccurately, I was told I would receive an email with charges but not given a receipt when I turned in the truck. When I received the email with charges the next day there was inaccurate mileage reported (I have photos of before I left and when I returned) I was overcharged by $65 on mileage and charged $20 after hours fee even though I returned the vehicle at 4:30 which was prior to that time. Very bad experience, I also called to have this fixed and the call was never returned. Highly disappointed, worst experience I've had and I feel misled.

STEVEN S.Too many fees paid 170 $ for one trip from Chino to fullerton and I even filled the gas up and they kept my 100$ deposit.... Bull shit location guy there charged me 70$ for back n forth and still kept my 100$ after he said only pay the miles

francisco G.I had the worst customer service experience with all locations I was sent to for this moving truck. Never again with uhaul. I drove to 4 different spots with the worst experience. I can't believe the.poor collaboration from the people met during this poor experience.
