Improve customer service. Gas station attendant did not care, nor did the individuals from uhaul with whom I had to deal with in order to find out why the price was so much higher than originally said. I wasted 3 hours getting a trailer, while my movers where sitting around waiting for me, on the clock. When I asked for an additional day, I was charged more. You took my time and my money.James N.

The employee was on the phone through my entire transaction. Thats just disrespectful. I only needed the uhaul for moving a chair and couch from Ball Furniture store to my home a mile away. The transmission light was on in the truck and I would be VERY concerned if I needed this truck for a serious move.SHANE M.

I have rented from this particular u haul pick up establishment many many times before, and for many yrs.. TODAY WAS THE UTMOST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECIEVED. They charged me things that I have never ever been charged before. Needless to say,a $39.95 charge ended out to be a $70.00 charge for less than 3hrs. Of usage of said truck. When I inquired about the extra charges and explain that I have NEVER PAID THEM BEFORE. The gas station attendant was rather rude and short, and told me to call 1-800-gouhaul to get my money back. This location is a joke. We dropped it off but they told us the right person wasn't there to â€œcheck it inâ€ but they stated they would take care of it. Luckily I had the mind to take a time stamped photo if the trailer unhitched from my truck in their parking lot. Two days later they charged me a late fee and an after hours drop off fee. I had to calll over and over again just to get someone to answer. They told me it was my fault and that I should have dropped it off after hours. I dropped it at 3pm on a Wednesdayâ€¦.I hope I never have to deal with this place again. TerribleBLAIR W.

Grease was inside unit. Facility didn't know how to hook up equipment..good thing I did. Facility is gas station mini mart while waiting on me I had to wait while he sold pop and cigarettes to anyone coming in store. I was delayed 20 minutes waiting to be completed. Help was great. Only comment I have is that you need to tell people if they are going to try to sign in by not going inside they will need to have multiple forms of verification to prove that they are who they are BEFORE they try to sign in remotely. I ended up going in when I found out all the needed doc/phone numbers. Completely understand why, but wish I had known beforehand. (Unless I missed it in the fine print somewhere)Ross O.

Employee was unfriendly and unhelpful. In my haste, I didn't notice until afterwards but I was given the wrong Equipment Contract. Additionally, I needed to print out a Transload Agreement as I was picking up my second 15' U-Haul after the first 15' U-Haul truck refused to start. I didn't have access to a printer and nicely asked if I could use the gas station's printer. He refused and I had to resort to driving to a local library to use their printer. Ensuring your employees understand the concept of good customer service would be a nice start for improvement of this facility.SAMUEL F.

Add information to the online ordering process that describes this as an unattended and drop off point, but not a full service location. Called the local number, response was â€œthis is a gas station, not a uhaul drop point.â€ Realized it was unattended and followed instructions online. Again, would have been helpful to know this is a remote/unstaffed location.Nicholaus P.

The online return procedure was an absolute joke. The app was not working (on multiple phones and devices). When calling the 1-800 number for help, I was on hold for an hour, only to never receive help. Luckily, the app eventually starting working. Once the checkout system was completed, I was kicked out of the app without instructions on how to return the keys. We searched the building and found a Dropbox. Hopefully that's where the keys were supposed to go. After dealing with that for an hour (with a toddler waiting in my car!), I don't think I'll ever use U-Haul again, unfortunately. What could be a simple, user friendly service just didn't hit the mark. If the entire system was improved, or if the pricing was lowered to meet the service quality, I'd consider continuing to use it. Otherwise, I'm just highly disappointed that I spent over $100 for this frustration.Samantha C.

Have the equipment that was scheduled actually be available for scheduled pick up. I was sent picture for pre-inspection for a totally different truck, at a different location. When truck FINALLY arrived, the front of truck was completely covered in bugs. Understandably, the agent didn't have time to clean it because I had already been waiting 3 hours for the truck to arrive. I asked for a discount, and was given a whopping $10 off. I appreciate Uhaul's low prices, but am going to do a lot more research on the agentt before renting again.THOMAS B.

Sorry but when you leave a sugary drink residue inside the trailer and it attracts ants for your customer and then do nothing but charge full price thats crappy. Been a long time customer but if you're not going to do anything to help with my issues then I will no longer use uhaul.Jeremy F.

There was no spot to park the U-haul and tow dolly then an unidentified gentleman (the store clerk?) told me I couldn't park the U-haul where I had parked it. Since there were no available spots to park the truck and tow dolly, I did the best I could to make sure it was not blocking traffic. We tried to return the truck and the usual part had closed. So we returned the next night and again we could not have helped it. Our work hours were longer than u hauls hours at this location and our son couldn't return it as he had no ride to pick him up. So as my husband pulls the truck in...the worker was sitting out front on a bench vaping and talking with her friends...while I was pumping gas at this location....stating " I don't know why he is trying to return it....he was told last night the hours ...we are not gonna close it" while I spent money at their gas station I continued to hear her speak wrong of usninfeelnas customers and there was another gentleman getting gas as well. As my husband was checking the truck and getting the blankets...the staff member continued to talk about us to her friends. When my spouse and I both walked towards the front door to talk with the other very helpful lady...i did confront the girl out front. I asked her why she felt it necessary to speak about customers that are helping to pay her paycheck. She tried denying she said anything until I said I heard her while I pumped gas. She said all she said was we couldn't close the account tonight...we understood that...we just needed to get the truck parked at the location. Even if we were charged a late fee. That is just what worked for us. But the young girl continued to he rude as i explained to her that she was being rude by talking about us theynway she was. we wish we would not have filled both uhaul trucks, at that location, which is where we returned them to. They should not represent uhaul if they cannot have a little bit better hours and better personnel.SHANE P.
