I got a trailer for in town day use which I would assume that means I had it for 24 hours. But I got charged after I returned it for another day. So I have 2 charges on my account for equipment I only used for less than 24 hours. I picked it up around 4:30pm and I returned the equipment around 3pm the next day.Dakota W.

I had to drive 20 miles round trip for a smaller truck than I wanted.. Now I paid a $20 fee for not responding to the return email because there wasn't phone service in Knapp sufficient enough and by the time I got back the email had timed out.. Yeesh...Andrew B.

Have better WiFi for after hours service. Website did not work well. We were on hold with customer service for over 40 minutes! The first time we were transferred and the second person hung up on us, so we had to call again. The second time we got very helpful service!Angela A.

The amount I was charged was $66.54 more than what I was quoted. I made a phone call and Matthew was going to check it out for me and get back to me, but I have not heard back. The U-Haul was picked up on Sunday morning and was returned on Tuesday. It was rented for six days and I'm surprised there was no refund or bonus for returning it back early. I would be happy with a refund of the $66.54 that I was overcharged. Other than that, it was the sure way for us to go.Moira M.

we were charged for gas after we filled the truck to the point it was when we rented it. Rented at 3/4 tank and had it at 3/4 when returned. We put in 51.00 on a 130 mile trip to get it to the 3/4 mark. We got charged 26.00 for gas which they put in and still told me that it was at 1/2 tank. Matthew was kind but neither one of us could figure out what happened. He said to call corporate Monday and they would refund me.Stan M.

Dropped off trailer when nobody was there. Checked back later and was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and thorough process. Great customer service. Truck was ready and waiting for me and I was able to get on my way quickly. Little hiccup with payment verification, but Matt (I think?) was very kind about getting it figured out quickly and was obviously concerned with my being able to get on with my move. I definitely recommend using Uhaul and the Xclusive Auto Detailing pick up site.James N.

Upon arrival to my NEW and UNPLANNED drop-off location, the online check-in WOULD NOT work. I tried three time before I decided to call U-Haul. They said they could see I was having difficulties with the drop off, so they would take care of it for me. When I went to put the keys in the drop-off box, the box was hanging off of the building, completely open and unguarded and unprotected. I let the U-Haul representative on the phone know the condition of the drop-off box and that if I put the keys in there, literally anybody could grab them and take the truck. She said she would take note of that on my contract and that I was good to go. I will NEVER use U-Haul again. Not one aspect of my original appointment was honored and every single step along the way I ran into yet another issue.Laura D.
Through no fault of the business owner, Google Maps gets confused by the address, and directs you to the middle of a cornfield 20 miles outside of Menomonie, WI that has a similar address as the UHaul rental business, which is only 1 mile outside of town. Please make a note on your website for this location that it is located 1 mile south of Menomonie. Trailer needed to be swept out, but other than that, I was very satisfied with service.James A.
