The owner was very helpful and accommodating to our needs and schedule. He had the truck warmed up and waiting for us. It couldn't have been easier! ¡Gracias!

Grace N.Right brake light and blinker didn't work. Pivoting deck of the tow dolly was looser than I have ever seen before. Strap on the right side was tightened so far that it was bound up and frozen. The strap on the left side was just sitting on top and froze down until I hit a few bumps, then it fell off and was dragging on the road. I realize most of this is from how the previous renter left it, but it did not make for an enjoyable evening for me.

Felix T.My life was in danger because of the advice of this location. The sensors on the truck said low pressure in the left rear and the rep assured me he test drove it and though the sensor said low air it was fine. I drove it from Knapp to Menomonie like that, and could've blown a tire and crashed. Thankfully my sister and brother in law were more experienced and said there was definitely something wrong, so I called customer service to get a mechanic out. Then it showed low oil an hour out from my destination and I had to stop to find, buy and fill the engine oil. My life was in danger from lack of this locations prep, especially as an inexperienced moving truck user.

AnnMarie W.Your over all way of treating customers is not customer friendly. I set up a trailer beginning of week to pickup close to where I was going to pickup a couch. Friday afternoon I get a call that the only trailer available is 45 minutes west of my selected pick up. So now I'm 1 hr and 15 minutes away from trailer. The person on the phone found another location but It was 40 minutes in the wrong direction she tried to help. Why would your system wait till I no longer have any other options other than drive the extra miles. The guys that met us when we picked up our trailer were customer focused and helpful. I'm done with this rental company as I had another poor experience in June. You have monopolized the rental business and pushed out the local companies who are customer focused and wouldn't call at that last minute to change a reservation.
Kevin B.U-Haul was great and so where the people! There were issues with processing my debit card but that was finally fixed and everyone worked hard and diligently to get it corrected! My overall experience was excellent and I appreciate uhaul customer service and the locations on both ends for all the help!!!!!
Linda W.Very friendly, but the right guy wasn't there at the rental time: the other guy at the shop had to call him, because apparently only one person knows how to do U-Haul rentals. However, he showed up soon (5-10 minutes tops) and got the rental going quickly, so we weren't that delayed. Good overall.

After attempting to locate someone to ask, I finally left with the trailer after sending a message to the contact number. More accessibility at the location would be helpful.
Brent S.Uhaul was very dirty. I had to drive around the building and go through a random side door to find someone to see where to rent it. After I dropped it off they said I went 30 miles over what I actually went plus I filled the tank up before I left and there was still more gas in it then when I picked it up. Not impressed and would like at least $40 back.

So I have 2 charges on my account for equipment I only used for less than 24 hours. I picked it up around 4:30pm and I returned the equipment around 3pm the next day.

SCOTT F.I had to drive 20 miles round trip for a smaller truck than I wanted.. Now I paid a $20 fee for not responding to the return email because there wasn't phone service in Knapp sufficient enough and by the time I got back the email had timed out.. Yeesh...
Andrew B.Have better WiFi for after hours service. Website did not work well. We were on hold with customer service for over 40 minutes! The first time we were transferred and the second person hung up on us, so we had to call again. The second time we got very helpful service!

Jewel G.The amount I was charged was $66.54 more than what I was quoted. I made a phone call and Matthew was going to check it out for me and get back to me, but I have not heard back. The U-Haul was picked up on Sunday morning and was returned on Tuesday. It was rented for six days and I'm surprised there was no refund or bonus for returning it back early. I would be happy with a refund of the $66.54 that I was overcharged. Other than that, it was the sure way for us to go.

kevin C.we were charged for gas after we filled the truck to the point it was when we rented it. Rented at 3/4 tank and had it at 3/4 when returned. We put in 51.00 on a 130 mile trip to get it to the 3/4 mark. We got charged 26.00 for gas which they put in and still told me that it was at 1/2 tank. Matthew was kind but neither one of us could figure out what happened. He said to call corporate Monday and they would refund me.
