I wasn’t happy with drop off. Instead of the young lady finalizing my bill which means going outside looking at the odometer and giving me a receipt. She said just drop it off there and when the guys get back later, they’ll check it in. So I didn’t get my receipt. until the next day and an automated message saying the drop off was late. Which, it wasn’t we still had time left. I like to know my final statement face to face with receipts in hand in case of decrepancy

Location owner was 45min late in opening the location. There was a lock box that would have given us the keys on time but that code was never relayed. Tank was 3/4 full when I picked up but I still cant find where that is documented - I dropped off at 7/8 full... Hard to find contract details using the UHaul App.

Had to locate a place to drop this truck. The address on my contract sent me to a location no longer a UHaul dealer which was inconvenient and frustrating. Not my typical experience with UHAul
