The window handle on the driver's side fell off, so it was not possible to lower window. Also reserved unit was not available at our location so we were forced to travel to Laramie to pick it up. It was reserved over 3 weeks prior to date needed. All my friends told me not to use U-haul as "they never have the unit that you reserve and you will have to travel to somewhere to get the promised unit.. Bad way of doing business.

Picking up the vehicle was very difficult. There was no one there to help and the instructions for finding the key were initially lengthy and hard to follow. No one was there to answer questions or help.

Odometer mileage was wrong by 5 miles, 66221 on the truck and 66216 on the contract the manager corrected it on the contract in pen he signed it and left his phone number. I left this contract at the drop off point with the key in the key drop box. I was charged for the wrong mileage.

Did not check in the trailer for over a week. I was getting calls and emails from Uhaul accusing me of not returning the trailer.

I was not supposed to drop off at their location. Yet the app was telling me I was supposed to. The gal that owned WyoSpeed and myself were both very confused. But she was incredibly helpful and kind.
