I paid over $70 for a Uhaul when the advertised price was $19.95. The website didn't want to work, so I downloaded the ap. That didn't want to work at first either. Renting a uhaul is supposed to be easy and inexpensive. It was anything but easy and inexpensive. Checking it out was a nightmare bc the website and the app didn't want to work. Funny how checking it back in was less of a hassle than anything else. Uhaul needs to get it together. It's Uhaul as a company not the place we rented it.

A bit tucked backed, but worth the few minutes off of 78. The truck was sitting out front and the gentleman was there to greet me before I even got out of the car. Check in was smooth (check-in online if you can makes things faster) I was soon out the door. When I returned, I was greeted by a lady before I could make it to the door. Never stepped back in. She had everything to go after a quick check in the cabin and the trailer. These are good kind folks. Highly recommend!

Truck was well maintained and had safe tires for my move in the rain. Have well kept knobs and hooks inside the cargo area to help latch down items. Very great experience.
