There was no one there from U-Haul. I dropped it off around 345 and the person inside said the U-Haul part was closed so I had to go outside and drop it off in a box and there was no one there to look at the truck so I was kind of left feeling like I was at the mercy of whoever finally would be there the next day. The inside of the location was just a giant room with these big barrels all over the place and dark inside with no lights. Honestly it was kind of scary. I think better signage and clear instructions that they close early and what to do would be very helpful. The best day my truck was checked in fine and I received an email but honestly until I got that I wasn't feeling very optimistic. Again better signage and instructions would have made me feel much better.Kimberly E.

Fix the key return box. I returned my keys overnight and the staff member was not able to find them. Had I not called to make sure they received the keys, they would not have checked in my truck (despite it being parked right in front of the store) and I would have been fined.Mike G.

Staff was great. Helped me out because I could not find a truck to ave my life. This company is a small international shipping company. They always have trucks because they are a small location and most people go to the big retail centers. Wesley is very courteous and helps you out to the best of his ability to get you on the road. Took us 4 minuets at check out and we were on the road. His explanation of the contract was like talking to a computer because he know it down to a tee. I had not rented a truck in probably 20 years. I did the reservation on line/ mobile pick-up for 8:30 pm- more lighting is needed at this location. The gate to truck was opened. I thought I was reserving the truck from Freeway Drive location and that WW was an after-hour drop off/ pick-up location. As a result I initially returned truck to wrong location. Both locations were professional and helpful in explaining how the business works. The lady at WW was really friendly and quickly resolved a charge for the hand truck that wasn't there. WW is probably fine during daylight hours and all you just want is to rent a truck.KELLY W.

Dangerous pickup spot, especially when I did not select it but was moved there. Uhaul representative told me it closed at 7 but that was not true, had to stand outside alone in a dangerous area figuring out how to do remote pick up because the office was closed.Caitlyn L.

When dropping off a vehicle after hours & Iit takes 20 minutes to find a drop key slot. Looking into the window of the business made me wonder how does any one get anything done within the business there appears to be no pathway throughout the building. The staff at this location were incompetent and unhelpful. I've used U-Haul many times before at other locations and always had a pleasant experience. This time however I was made to wait unnecessarily long, this location did not have other moving and packing equipment such as mattress bags and tape etc, and the cashier couldn't see that I had already completed and paid for my reservation through the online express check-in/out. It was extremely frustrating to deal with this particular location! You cant even tell that its a U-Haul location because there isn't a large sign...just a small sticker on the door. I will never deal with this location again. Notes for improvement: 1. Put a large enough sign at this location. 2. Hire competent, tech savvy staff that know how to navigate U-Haul's own systems 2a. Re-train the staff at this location 3. Clean and organize this location 4. Make more moving and packing materials available at this location.McEnroe J.
