Aggie SUhaul caused me to spend so much time on the phone with them and their computer glitch said I overdrove the vehicle by 20,000 miles in one day... I had the truck 11 hours.. not 24 or 48... but their glitches caused me an incredible anxiety.. They need to work on their apps and their links and their other processes... worst experience ever regarding uhaul company itself... I kept getting emails saying the truck had not been turned in and even when they sorted their mess they said it was turned in on the 13th instead of the 11th when it was turned in... because they fixed the glitch on the 13th.. so the contract still says Imhad it two days when I did not.
ellen CThis was the THIRD location. First location was changed. Second location was closed and finally got the UHaul from the third location. While I am grateful to have been able to get a truck, it took an hour of my day driving from place to place. This is my second experience with this. I will strongly consider not using UHaul in the future. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. To the best of my ability there will not be a third time.
