We dropped the truck off around 1pm but was not logged as dropped off until 3:29 pm. Luckily no late fee was charged.

My service with U-Haul was very unsatisfying. I scheduled to pick up my truck at 2:30 and wasn't able to leave with my truck for another hour after that time. I wasn't informed of the process i would have to go through to be approved for the truck and to get the keys. Also, the website was glitching and that held me up as well. I ended up being an hour behind schedule. Which was unfortunate and cost me money with my movers.

The owner of this beer drive through was nowhere to be found. We were dropping off and another couple came wanting to rent. They left after seeing what we were dealing with. Worst Uhaul place and experience in my 35+ years renting vehicles. Will never go to this location again and recommend people use a full Uhaul establishment.

The trailer that we had used was extremely unsafe and would start to fish tail the whole trip. It did not matter if it had weight in it or not.

It was a *drive thru* location and while checking in/out they were having to start & stop to wait on drive thru customers. It was a horrible ridiculous wait. Also, while returning rental the check in took over 40 minutes then I was charged for another whole day rental charge!!! I will NEED this charge to be removed from my credit card asap!!

I am done using, or should I say, being used, by Uhaul. There has not been a single time I have used your service that I wasn't sorely disappointed by hidden and non-disclosed fees or additions made by your greedy and corrupt clientele who find ways to charge customers for more than the customer wants or needs.

The location was fine. The catches, numerous fees, and aggressive stickers "YOU DAMAGE! YOU PAY!" was all really jarring. Kinda felt dirty ya know? Get in there and whoah here's a huge contract with nonsense like arbitration and liability shuffling. Step into the van and got all these labels and warnings and signs screaming at me. It's a real awful experience. This location was fine and the manager there was helpful, polite, and fast.

This location was nice enough, the equipment was brand new, and the person who helped me was very friendly. My only complaint was that the process of renting the vehicle through your website was not very user-friendly.

Cigarette butts were in ashtray and all the moving pads were wet and smelled of mildew. I would not recommend this U-haul location.

For the second time. As a leave the store within one minute the gas goes below what it should be. I think it related to parking in uphill or downhill which cause the gas indicator is higher than what's in the tank. Please make sure you indicate the right amount of gas is in the car before the customers receive their rental

I tried picking up the truck by using my mobile device, but it did not go well at all. I then tried going through the store clerk, and that still took 20-30 minutes. Bad experience overall.

A van like this really served my needs better as a bachelor, and the price was such that I could keep it multiple nights. Not a bad deal. The owner was kind and helpful, and the facilities were clean. My one critique would be that I rented a dolly that came without bungeeing cords. I'm sure you offered to rent them to me, but still ... come on.

We used the online pickup and were unable to log into the account and complete. Nobody was there to help, and we were on hold for over almost an hour With the toll free number, while the website was “processing”. We were on a schedule and this is unacceptable. We never did speak to anyone except an agent who said after the processing completed “we're busy@. Not even an apology. Terrible customer service.

Honor your promises!!! I reserved the morning of the rental, got there a few minutes before it was supposed to start. Waited in line for 30 minutes while the attendee dealt with a return. There were other people there, but apparently they couldn't be bothered to man the check in or check out desk. When my turn came, the guy was insistent that I had to return it at the time, exactly, which was now only an hour and a half, vs. the 2 hours I rented for. I said I'd do my best. He said he couldn't rent to me then. I was left with movers at my house, and no move truck. Completely sh177y customer service. NEVER AGAIN.

Good location, good equipment. However, this is a one-man operation, and if it gets busy with the co-located business (drive-thru) it can take a while.

The guy was rude. He called me when I was and hour late and gave me a hard time for not picking up the truck on time. The truck was covered in dog hair too!

The place is a dump and the service was extremely slow. The truck was clean enough but it shook like a wet dog above 60mph. The Uhaul process including sending a link to take a picture of a license, providing a reference and a second phone number, is insane. Uhaul will be my last choice for future rental needs.

Not enough parking. Lot was dark with not much lighting. The lot had a lot of pot holes. The 24/7 app did not work properly, and I had trouble returning the rental. It was an extremely frustrating return process after a long, hot day of moving. I would not recommend the 24/7 app/ process at all!

Crack in the windshield, our rental was not ready, not even back by the time we were supposed to have it. This made us run later than we expected. The “invoice” I received via email had all zeros on it. Amount paid? 0..Amount previously paid? 0 Amount charged? 0..ridiculous

The van was ready on time, in good condition (almost brand new with only 2300 miles on it), and 15/16ths full of gas, which saved me an early refuel stop. Cargo capacity was NOT as advertised (3400 vs 4000 lbs) but it was not an issue with my load. Nice cab area with a modern radio and excellent A/C. Drove like a big car.

Service was fine but the gentleman running the place didn't seem to know how to properly put things into the system. He fat fingered the time for my rental so it had to be returned by 12:15 instead of 2:15 (even though it was 2:27 when he put it in and I asked for 24 hours) He fat fingered several other things throughout the process which I had to correct, I unfortunately missed this one until I was already in the process of moving. He also couldn't get my dolly rental on the same order as the van rental for some reason and said he had to do it separately so I had to do twice the paperwork (an already arduous process for this particular rental) . He also marked my license as out of state even though it is not out of state this was a local rental in ohio with my ohio driver's license which of course caused the system to require additional contact numbers and information, all of which cost me more time and was a general annoyance. The whole process was slow taking about an hour. The man was helpful enough but slow and poorly versed in the system he is supposed to be operating. I would pickup from the location again but I would make sure to do the order myself online ahead of time to save myself the pain.

When we arrived, the truck was not ready: broken mirror. This was a change in pickup location from our original reservation. It only took 20 minutes for a manager to attach a new mirror, but it would have been nice to have been notified. Since it was farther away from our home than our intended location, we wouldn't choose it again. But the vendor, Mr. Patel, was a very nice person.

The location was a beverage and snack drive through. They had only two U-HAUL vehicles on property. The location was weird. It felt dirty. It did not seem that the person working there could answer any of our questions. I would only go there again if it were the last option I had. I also did not appreciate that I entered all of the information when I made the reservation, only to have to do it all again when I got to the location to pick up the truck.

I arrived at 12:30 to pick up my rental and only 1 person working this drive-thru business. Upon arrival, the man had to get his laptop out to look up my rental, then as he was trying to get my rental contract completed, continued to wait on MULTIPLE customers, while I waited. When I finally got key and contract at 1:00, he told me rental was due back at 4:30. I said that it shouldn't be due until 5, as my rental should be for 4 hours and he said how long it took me to pick it up doesn't matter. Not happy, as I was moving items myself and was rushed and left my personal belonging on my front porch, when I went to return vehicle. Rental should be 4 hrs from time vehicle is received. And now, 2 days after rental, I notice a new charge on my credit card that I did NOT authorize for $3.78 for that drive-thru, when my bill was paid and gas was filled up at gas station a block away prior to return. Phone number on receipt is a fax number, so I am going to have to drive over there now. Fraudulent charge!!!!!!
