You need to make sure your customers get the correct truck number. I used the 24-7 pickup and the paperwork didn't match the truck number but the key started the truck. When I dropped the truck off in Baraboo they couldn't receive it because the truck wasn't on their log sheet. Today I was charged an additional two days $84.40 because they showed I returned it two days late. Three calls later customer service is crediting me my money back. Not sure who is to blame but it turns out I was the victim here. Tod KlineTod K.

The only thing we noticed was the passenger door was a little hard to get closed, and other than that it was just a windy, blustery Winnie the Pooh day of very good customer service, and personable polite experience from all! We did an after hours drop off and the guy working in the lot was a rude. We had no idea where to park, so we parked it by some cars in front of the building. The guy came out of nowhere demanding that we park somewhere else. He didn't introduce himself and was very unpleasantmatthew G.

The on-line experience took way too long, but I don't want to grade Wright Auto Repair badly. You need to figure out either a way for us to do that ahead of time or make it faster. Every screen took too long and then it took 10 minutes to get approved at the end. Frustrating.Andrew C.

The cab was dirty, sand on the floor, dog hair on the seats and spilt liquid on the top dashboard. The truck was not ready. It had equipment in the box and was not swept out.Buck R.
Very helpful and very efficient. The gentleman who helped us check out our vehicle was knowledgeable and polite. Our rental was ready to go. We returned the vehicle after hours and used the online tool to do the return process. All went very smoothly.James F.

Make sure trucks are actually ready at time of pick up. When I arrived, the keys weren't there and I had to go to another location when I was on a very tight schedule. It made my day very stressful, especially when we got to the second location and the truck wasn't even there.sabrina W.

This was a last minute rental to complete a move from Illinois. Mr.Wright said the cargo van was scheduled for service but made an exception. The vehicle was perfect, and I was able to keep it an extra day.Ralph R.

The app worked well for check out but the return function on both of my returns failed to work, causing me to have to go into the store each time. The people were friendly and helpful, but it defeated the purpose of the app entirely.Robert B.

Unable to checkout online. Realized that I believe that I left a pair of Air Pods in cab. Called in morning - no return call. Ended up stopping and the kid claimed they didn't find it. Harley, the owner, was dismissive. My fault for forgetting it. Didn't get charged for use of blankets and extra mileage charge seemed accurate. Please make sure dolly and pads are placed in truck. They were not in the truck and I picked up after hours, so no way to get them. This made the move more difficult.Michael F.
