I brought the truck back a day early and until I told him I talk to you about a 1-day refund because i paid for two days he would not have refunded me. That is bad business practices plus where is my refund. Contract 25328671Michael W.

Please make sure dolly and pads are placed in truck. They were not in the truck and I picked up after hours, so no way to get them. This made the move more difficult.Michael F.

Our truck was supposed to have a hand truck (dolly) in it. No dolly. This location for pick up was changed at the eleventh hour by U-Haul. 19 extra miles each way.Edward B.
Again, the drop off location changed after I selected it and signed the contract (just like the pick-up). At least I received a notice about the very inconvenient drop off location changing. I would definitely never use U-Haul again. What is the point of pick up and drop off locations if they change, if I'm not notified of the change, and they are inconvenient. I would have rented elsewhere otherwise. Very poor policy- not transparent or convenient. At least tell the customer locations are subject to change or that we are picking preferred places, not final ones. I'm shocked in 2020 a company can have such a bad policy. The customer service rep never apologized and simply said â€˜that happens often for 1-way rentals'. What?! Seriously? Terrible. No excuse. Great dealers. Horrible company experience.Jason G.

The associate I originally spoke with did not recommend a most cost-effective solution to my situation even when I asked, since $100 seemed high for my situation. The associate at the pickup location told me that I could do round trip instead of one-way and saved me $55. I was frustrated with the first, and really appreciated the second.Kate W.

Harley was accommodating and streamlined the rental process.Maureen H.
When I dropped it off I asked if I needed to submit, turn in or sign something that I dropped off the trailer. I was told I needed to do nothing, but that I should receive an email later that I returned it. Never received an email and when we check the website we found out that the system moved our return to the next day since we did not return the trailer. We had to call Uhaul to clear it up. Harley did an excellent job of providing outstanding customer service. There were some problems with your customer service line and a rep there who canceled my reservation. Fortunately Harley was still on site after hours and able to straighten things out for me.Linda K.

I was a bit disappointed with having to pick up the 25 ft truck at the Germantown location. I live about a mile from the Saukville location and had made a reservation there for the truck and had anticipated picking up the truck there. If someone had explained that I might have to pick up the truck at a different location when I made the reservation I would not have been disappointed.Mike S.

The truck worked and ran well. The interior of the cab had not been cleaned. The cup holders were full of brown crud and flakes of tobacco. looked like it had been used as a spitoon. Cleaned as best I could before returning. The fellow running the place was very helpful and friendly tho.RICK S.

I did not appreciate receiving an email immediately after electronically returning the trailer stating that I was being charged a cleaning fee. The trailer was returned clean, and this was very upsetting.Adele K.
