Cam D.Trailer worked well Was not happy that when I picked up trailer it was frozen into a pool of water. Couldn't lift the tongue or move the trailer. Had to tie a strap to it and break it loose. Receiver was frozen with ice and had to be chipped loose for hook up. Some help would have been appreciated. When someone books a rental in advance it should be ready to roll when the customer arrives.
Stuart C.Don't send the only auto transporter trailer in the whole city in for service the day before departure, without another one available. Or at least be prompt with the service/repairs the equipment needs. Usually customers are on a time schedule and when the equipment isn't available at the time of pick up, it becomes frustrating.
