Your app for in-putting the mileage is not user friendly. Took a while to realize one needs to slide the blue bar back to the left to enter the individual mileage numbers. All other app request were fine.

When I dropped it off I was asked to return later when the person responsible was there. However, because that was inconvenient I left it there
