The gas station said it was open 24/7- when we went at 3pm in the afternoon it was closed. It was the cherry on top that made our u-haul experience one that will prevent us from ordering again in the future.DANIELLE L.
The check-in process was terrible and extremely time consuming. The mobile app is ridiculously slow. The instructions for locating the key are vague. It took us 20 minutes to figure out where the lockbox was located to obtain the key. The instructions do not include the location of the lockbox, only the codes for once you find it.Connie C.

Guy didn't know how to return truck. Charged me an extra $40 because he checked it in 3 hrs after I returned it. Highly dissastified.Chris T.
It took almost a half hr to get the truck. They were unable to print me a receipt, so there was actually no record of truck rental. The worker told me to go ahead and he'd take care of it. I was then contacted on Monday by recovery dept. Later contacted by Woodlawn Sunoco saying they were charging for three days. I don't understand and will never rent from that location or uhaul as far as that matters. I've rented from uhaul on several occasions and never received service like this. Totally unacceptable. The store owner was not the problem although the equipment wasn't very clean. The dispatch team was very poor and the uhaul regional sales manager was on vacation and the back up was awful completely unhelpful and wouldn't call the store owner back to help him. I was there from an hour waiting to finally receive the keys when a woman on the main uhaul line was able to get me out of there.Robert F.
Why can't a rate a zero? Show up and the gal there says she's only been there 3 days and boss didn't teach her the computer system. We drive to the main uhaul store and they logon to her system and print out a contract. And they write down their "direct" phone number if there are problems. There were problems. She absolutely refuses to give us the keys. We call the "direct" line and their phones are forwarded to Kansas. SO we drive back again to the reading rd uhaul and this time a guy comes with us. He does get us the keys. They were still in the drop box - Sunoco had not even looked at the truck. The truck was not full of gas and the tires were low on air pressure (I paid $3 to fill myself) What a chit-show.Dan B.

Rented 12 blankets only 4 were available. Attendant who help secure at to trailer did not know how to do it. 1 hour after leaving I stopped to check car on trailer. The strap the attendant secured had totally come loose. The one I secured staid on the whol trip. Had to go to Shsronville to get a trailer because the brake lights wire was cut on the one in Glendale. Trucking store is always very friendly and helpful.Robert I.

Phone was disconnected, used the assistance desk to get someone. The manager didn't want the trailer, found a spot and dropped off on my own. Then followup email incorrectly said drop-off did not happen. Eventually got squared away. Not pleased with extra effort required here. Thanks for survey...glad you're asking!!Mike J.
