Lonnie GA large part of the lot is mud and grass, mostly mud. It was difficult for the one employee to get the trailer out that I had rented. It was deep in the mud and water and I was not willing to allow my truck to get stuck in the mud so the only employee there had it pull it out of the mud by hand. This caused a long delay and I will not rent again again under these circumstances. The employee was great and friendly but is not working under the best of conditions and alone

Jimmy Gin my past using UHaul I had a full tank of gas; this time I only had 1/4 tank of gas. when I returned the vehicle, I had to fill it back to where it was when I picked it up at 139 miles left. on filling it read 152 miles. I asked for credit and the guy told me that was not a recognizable issue by UHaul. I ask so if I filled it up on return vs the only 139 miles on pick up, I would not get credit for that, he said no you would be giving UHaul the full tank. I suggest you go back to filling the tank upon return. I had to put gas in 2 times on my journey not knowing how much I was to throw away and give free to uhaul. The yard I picked up from in Sunnyvale TX did not have my truck ready on the front of the lot. The guy did not come out to inspect the truck with me. I only pointed to where it was and told me where my truck number was on the top front corner. On top of that I had to walk through a muddy field to retrieve my truck, then take pictures to document any damage. What ever happened to service.

I appreciate her checking in and them not leaving before I got the trailer. The young man that helped me connect the trailer was very nice and kind. He explained to me how the hitch worked and answered my questions.
Tamica WThe 20ft truck I rented was great to drive. I downloaded the UHaul App for this rental, and it was fairly easy to use. The person at Keyless Self Storage At East Fork that assisted us when we picked up the truck was very helpful. Overall it was a good rental experience.
Rodney VI showed up Friday and the truck that was assigned to me was not there so lost money that I had to pay the movers on Friday because I had no truck. Had to redo my reservation for Saturday, and checked my bank three days later, and was not charged the correct price, and was charged for fuel when I took the truck back with more fuel than I got it at. Very terrible experience.

Jayne HThe padlock was on the truck and it could not be accessed. They had to cut the lock to gain access, putting me behind a couple of hours. Would be helpful to ensure everything is operational prior to the rental.

Dehnad GWhy the fuck would you charge me by the miles and make me feel the truck back up to where you all left it on the gas mileage. I hate you all. You should’ve been more specific when it came to what I will be paying for. why would you make me put gas back in the truck after you were charging me for each mile. I get that your trucks can hold all of my things but everything I had even fell over in the truck so it wasn’t even secure and you all suck and I mean that.

justus mVery friendly staff, but the windshield was extremely dirty and there wasn’t any wiper fluid to clean it off. Also, I told them about that and the gas wasn’t on F and I took a pic of it and told the guy but I did fill it up. All I got was a thank you, not what I was expecting
Christina LOver charge me! I did not break the seal on the dollie or blanket, but got charged. I replaced the gas, but got charged. I kept the truck for exact 2 hours got documented for more time! Poor poor and poor service!

chandra bThe person in charge was very helpful. Although he seemed to be the only working we did not have to wait that long. I do appreciate that I was able to extend my rental time by a few hours over the phone and on line. The only issue I really have is with the 24hr Keyless location gate not working when we went to turn in the truck we rented. We were given a code at the start as we would be turning the truck in after hours. We made sure we left the truck clean and refilled it to where gas gauge was from the start. We even got to the location an hour before out expiration time. We tried the code over and over again and the gate would not open. While trying to get code to work we completed the last steps,(pictures of mileage and gas taken, truck images, etc, and the card we used was accepted. After many failed attempts to open gate We called the number where they would give us the code again but still nothing worked. Customer service was not able to get a hold of anyone from that location either. The upsetting thing was that my personal car was inside the parking establishment and I had no way to retrieve it. I must stress that customer service was very nice and understanding, they helped to the best of their abilities. After an hour of this they said the best thing to do was return the following day., meaning my car was stuck there till the next day and I had to take the truck home with me. I did state that I not be charged extra as I fulfilled my part of the contract. The extra miles and gas usage was due to gate not opening with code we were given and no one being reachable at that time so no other option but to drive it home.. As I said, customer service and the man that helped at the start were very helpful, but, that gate and or code need to be fixed because I did, after getting home, notice another similar situation happening in August of this year. Hopefully this can be easily sorted out and I can retrieve my car. If I ever rent from here I will have to make sure the return time is before 4:30pm as I would worry the same thing would happen again if the return time was after 4:30.
Imelda BGave me the truck with the wrong license plate number and the truck kept shaking all the way Michigan . We didn’t think it was going to make. The guy in Michigan didn’t check us out Sunday cause he didn’t know what to do. Called his supervisor and he never answered. I need an up to date email stating the truck was returned on Sunday . Please give me call to fix this issue.

Renee MThis was not a good location for a 24 hour drop off. There were no clearly defined instructions for drop off and I had to make a second trip out just to drop off the key because the drop box was inside a gate. The instructions the 800 number had for drop off didn't apply either as there were no propane tanks to park the truck by or drop are for the truck.

Christopher NOrdered supplies but ended up at a different uhaul location. Uhaul had less than 1/4 tank when picked up. Uhaul also had lots of scratches and dents in it when I picked it up, had issue with ramp and had to wait nearly two hours before uhaul could finally get a hold of roadside. But the roadside assistance fixed my ramp fairly quickly.
