Poor maintenance of the trailer. The lights on the trailer were burnt out. Only the right turn signal working, Only right break light worked. All other hazard lights were not working. Very dangerous drive from SK to BC with no proper working lights.

Store owner was great and very helpful. Equipment was not in good shape. The lights didn't work due to brokenwire, which I had to retire before operating. The right fender was cracked, and the racket straps were rusted and had to operate. That said, the car fit nice and the dolly hauled nicely between point A and point B.

Hitch mechanism was stiff to hook and difficult to unhook. Since it sits on the ground when not in use, probably just some needs a clean and lube

I dropped the truck of with half a tank as told. I got a bill stating it was 3/8 of a tank. If that wasn't a kick in the ***. They charged $50 which was b.s. because I knew I had left a half. They had to have done a little joy riding themselves. Plus, I had already paid $1500 already and to squeeze another $50, I only have one word...pathetic!

This drop of location person was awesome and he and his family are immigrants as well! My opinion of the people of this outlet is hery high because they apparently have embraced and successfully made the transition from their family heritage (was several years in change) to a new culture! I completely confident the service person will do well in the future

The agent was friendly and good to deal. The trailer I booked was not available at the location I had booked so I had to drive to Wolseley (an additional 2 hours round trip) to pick it up. This had nothing to do with the Wolseley location but was still unfortunate.

We were supposed to pick up this trailer in Regina at 1535 Park Street. Once we arrived, there was no trailer. We were able to drive out to Wolseley to pick up one, and Colin was fantastic. He came back after closed hours to rent us the unit.

Literally the worst experience i have ever had was with uhaul. im going to tell all my friends and family how shitty your service was. You screwed up my order so badly i had to drive 5 hours out of my way to make my own personal deadline. You guys didnt even seem apologetic, but tried blaming me saying i was late, when whoever booked the apppointment messed up the date and time. A horse and buggy would be preferable to the crappy service i got.
