The lady was very rude and unprofessional, truck had food leftovers in floor board. Will never use or recommend uhaul to anyone spent 420.00 to get towed out of ditch and had to pay out of pocket even though wasted money buying the insurance from uhaul.William H.

Tried calling the provided number for the return, no answer and mailbox was full. Had to go through the main call in number which took 30min of hold time in the parking lot before talking with someone to help me with the return.BRENDON P.

The behind the counter help didn't know what to do. Took the keys and wrote my name and number down on a piece of paper so they could call me if there was a problem. I'm leaving to go home, 250 miles away! I do appreciate the location, as I make this trip 2 to 3 times a year, and a local drop off in the area is a super plus.FREDERICK B.
The clerk that was supposed to handle paperwork for u haul was not even in the store and the clerk that was working had no idea how to release the the truck. The only information that was taken was my credit card numbers never asked for identification no driver's license! I had no paperwork to take with me. Then she changed the price 165 dollars more than I agreed to when I reserved the truck on line. The woman that was supposed to be in the store that was not there should be fired for everyone's protection. I highly doubt that I would ever rent from u haul again.Tomas F.
This facility was disorganized. I preregistered online and had a printout of the reservation with all the pertinent information. The worker at the store did not know what to do! He acted like he had never seen or heard of reserving online. He had to call his manager or supervisor who was in the hospital who, apparently, is the only worker at that location who knows how to handle the uhaul business dealings. After spending over an hour and having the worker retype in all of my information into the system that I had already put in at home during my online reservation process...there was a problem with what I was supposed to pay, which became DOUBLED because I had registered online at home and a store worker had RE-INPUT all the information AGAIN! AFTER that was resolved I was sent out to find the trailer on my own by its registration number. I was not accompanied by a store worker or helped in anyway. In order to hitch it to my truck, I had to first pull it out of the ditch in which it was sitting, thankfully a friendly person (just stopping at the store for gas) who happened to see that I needed help and came to help me pull it out of its awkward position so that I could hitch it to my truck. I have honestly never had such a difficult time obtaining a uhaul!James A.
The woman that was there did not know how to do the rental, so I spoke to the manager on the phone, who also told me it was more than what it was saying online and insisted I had to pay a deposit. In the end I only paid what I expected and got the trailer.Alexia S.

The location was completely unorganized. They were not aware of my online reservation. They kept wanting me to "sign paperwork" when I had already completed everything online and PAID for the truck! When I texted U-Haul through the mobile app, the only advise or assistance they gave was "keep showing them your phone screen". We were over and hour behind schedule moving my mother in law due to the process. I will not be recommending UHUAL ever again.Benny B.
The uhaul storage area was unorganized andI a kind of a mess. The gas station/carryout was crowded and somewhat messy. A gas station, not particularly inviting. The lady behind The counter was friendly, just took the keys and said thanks. I like a drop off in Campton, this is a upgrade from the store and lock location that was previously used.FREDERICK B.

The pickup place acted like that I was an annoince by using them as my reservation place to pick up my reserved trailer, and they didn't help me hook it up or check anything, gave me a trailer#, and said it's out there somewhere, it also was dirty on the inside, and didn't have my reserved furniture pads, and when I asked about that, the customer said if it ain't in it, I'm sorry but we don't have nothing to do with that, very disappointingDonald M.

I had a reservation for a 9 am pickup and was there on time was told the lady I needed to see wouldn't be in till 10 am to come back, then they couldn't find my reservation finally after got everything done and paid by the way I ask if the dolly I rented was in the truck and was told yeah only to get all the way to my former home and no dolly so had to go all the way back and literally had to help the staff search through all the trucks to find in all this out me behind schedule over 3 hours. Horrible experience I'll never use uhaul again!!!!Scarlet S.
