I reached the drop off location and as instructed by the rental notice I was supposed to check in/drop off via the Uhaul website. Guess what....It was "down due to expected updates"! Really?????? I had to go to the drop off site the next day to complete my return. The truck was very comfortable and provided exactly what I needed. Thank you!

The sales person did not explain things correctly she did not tell me I was being charged a deposit so when I go check my account 100 was missing couldn't call because they close at 3 couldn't cancel anything because then I'd have to wait 4 to 5 days to get a refund and I was traveling out of state with my personal belongs Was shown where the gas was at took it back with that exact amount was told by drop off location it was not correct I will NEVER rent front this location and probably not from uhaul ever the absolute worst ever experience I have ever had with uhaul I called customer service 2xs and was told they would have the field manager call me one field manager never called but put in the notes he did I never had any missed calls or voicemails. And he refused to refund me my 55 for the insurance I stated I did not need. Because I was unable to even drive the uhaul I'm over pissed off with my experience I have made sure to upload my review to my 30000 followers and I'm standing on it u feel like my problems have not been resolved and may not and in the middle of a pandemic I made sure to spend my money wisely so extra charges and fees and adding things I was unaware of put me more into a financial bind and I feel like uhaul could care less

We scheduled a truck pick up for this location through the uhaul app for 8:30am...when we got to the place that morning, there was no way to pick up our truck/pads. We ended up having to wait until the location opened. This was a surprise and frustration given the confirmed time and that uhaul boasts about offering these services. Once the lady arrived to open we had excellent service and were taken care of, but we were expecting to be able to pick up our equipment as scheduled.

Uhaul, for the second time, rented me a piece of equipment that the location did not have. The location staff was able to remove the charge, to their credit. Also, I had to change the dropoff spot because the scheduled location was 30 minutes from my house despite the fact that a dropoff location exists 3 miles from me.

I dropped it off a day early an I called the next day to make sure it was checked in an the Lady said her son does that an he took the day off, but she said not to worry I would not be charged then i got an email from uhaul wanting money or they would charge my card, You better not charge my card.

Transmission was bad, truck kept shifting out of gear. One of the two 12volt ports didn't work. The ramp was difficult to lock in place. The trailer we used for the car, upon our return to Vegas one of the tire harnesses would not come unlocked.

Attendant appeared to be very hurried in the rental process and mileage was not confirmed with me tho mentioned during process. After I left the location the start mileage was observed but not realize as incorrect until final bill was emailed and start mileage listed was not correct. Upon return I mention the over charge and the attendant was adamant mileage was correct. I retrace route thru MapQuest to confirm my assertion that mileage was incorrect. No adjustment made by dealer and my only recourse was to call GO HAUL. I was overcharged $35.00 for mileage. Coincidently it is exactly twice the mileage I used. Maybe my fault for not confirming mileage before I left, but expect better from dealer as well on accuracy of mileage accounting and maybe to confirm start mileage for both parties simultaneously to avoid a misunderstand like this.

Rented a 26 ft uhaul picked it up inside smelled like smoke them almost could not get it started. The windshield wipers quit working on me in the pouring rain and had to listen to a squealing belt the whole trip was very disappointed especially when I was charged 120.10 never will I rent from you guys again

The truck I used was nice & clean but based on my experience that was only because it was a newer model truck. Seemed like a scam with a lot of hidden fees/markups. Price went from $51 to $122 for no reason... Bait and switch! :-(

When we returned our rental..no one on premisis.. did not want to leave unattended ..found owners house to inform him of return ..he opened door (10:30 AM ) and screamed it was his day off and slammed the door..nice guy?

Pick up was fine. Once I opened the trailer to load it, we found it full of trash, batteries, and dirt. On the way back with the cargo trailer, we noticed water inside the trailer from the rain. Instead of stopping for the night, I drove the night thru cause of the risk of ruining our stuff. After drop off, I let wolf bay storage know of the problem. They informed me they would get back with me and never did. After two days, I called back only to have to again tell of the problem. After that, I was informed that he would meet the district rep this Friday and call me. Never heard anything. I gave them the chance to correct the problem with no help. I will not use this location ever again and question using uhaul.
