Timothy L.When I showed up to pick up the rental, there was no one there. No one answered the phone either. After sitting in the parking lot waiting on hold trying to contact uhaul the owner or operator happened to be driving by so they stopped and helped me. The operator was great, i think the corporate side of uhaul is whos messing up. Also when I booked my uhaul, I booked at the irby st location and was sent to pick up at national cemetery. 10 miles away from where I needed to be. So I had to pay for an additional 20 miles that was unnecessary. Will not uses uhaul again
