Make sure that location follows U-Haul regulations like hooking up the trailer for the customer.

The equipment that I reserved was not available. The customer rep at the location said they didn't have an appliance dolly, while the rep on the phone said they did and reserved it for me. Thankfully, the location had a utility dolly and rented that to me for the day. However, when I picked up the dolly, I was told I had to have it back by 1pm even though my reservation was until 6pm. Very disappointed with Uhaul's lack of organization and communication between reservation office and locations.

Hard to find at first, not a big sign but the large amount of trucks in the adjacent lot told me I was there.

Would be much easier if the truck started with a full tank of gas instead of having to refill to 7/16 of a tank.

The front right corner of moms attic leaked and destroyed some of the boxes in the vehicle. The truck needs to be checked for leaking areas. The brakes made quite a bit of noise when stopping.

The day before my move, was redirect to a different location other than the one I reserved. Location was 22 miles away, which caused an additional 44 miles, no compensation or anything was given for the inconvenience.

I had no trouble returning vehicle, wish the pick up could have gone this good at the location i where picked it up.

I am a 59yr old with rheumatoid arthritis... the staff offered no help placing the trailer in their parked ready for the next person lot or unhitching the trailer. It truly was self serve... no checking the trailer for damages etc. I was very very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Wise Tire and auto overcharged for the use of furniture pads. The rental rate is $10 per 6 pads. We requested 12 pads and were charged $40.
