the lot where I left the truck was (with a couple other UHaul rentals) was at 490 N. Semoran Blvd. behind the Wireless Outlet. No lighting, and was not 500 N. Semoran. Never experienced that with after hours drop offs with UHaul locations. Very unsettling, confusing and very sketch.

DOUGLAS RThe truck was not fully clean. Also ten equipment was not connected. I had to connect the trailer to the truck.

Camilo RThe location was hard to find because there was no roadside U-Haul sign. There was also no lighting in the unpaved, grassy back lot where the trailer was to be dropped off. This made it challenging when I dropped it off after dark. The employee I rented the trailer from was fine - no problem there, this evaluation is NOT a negative reflection on him in his role.

Jerome UI paid for a dolly for the day and there was no dolly. this is a contactless location so there was no one to talk to. i called uhaul l and was transferred then hung up on. i then called again and the same thing happened and now I ve been charged for a dolly I never used.

JENCY TWe had a VERY VERY difficult time getting thru the process. Stuck for three hours. Calling all different phone numbers and finally reach someone telling me they cancelled my van because it was after 4 pm when I spent all that time trying to get on. I did not see anywhere online that I had a one-hour deadline. Also, I change the pick-up time from 1pm to 3pm, customer service did not mention there was a deadline. I even told her that we will be arriving from the airport and maybe late and she stated no problem. We were stuck outside in 90-degree weather no place open close by. The bad of the van was swept. but the cab stunk with REAL BAD body order. When we finally reached someone around 6pm-7pm the gentleman help us greatly. He stayed on the phone through the process. It was a scary situation with just my sister and me stuck. If it weren't for this cute restaurant across the street up ways, we would have fainted by heat and dehydration.

IISHA CThe van was so dirty the front was all dusty and crumbs were all over the place,it smelled so much,the rear of the van I had to use a sheet to cover the filth,so I could place my bedroom set, the tires were low on air,I brought back the vehicle with the same amount Of fuel I took it with..I have pictures

Paola PThis guy put me on a cross country trip with a trailer that didn’t not have brake lights on it after he check and said yes they worked and they didn’t I got pulled over twice and my co pilot that was following me the whole ride here mentioned it to me and it really sucks that you guys really don’t care or have standards for safety.

Kuryne LI was very impressed by my experience... A very nice woman (very pretty too) was very helpful and accommodating... I was there to rent a trailor with ramp.... While checking out she helped me with a cell phone issue I was having..... Very nice people... If I ever need to rent a uhaul again, I will check here first..!! Thank you boost mobile!!
Paul JI do not like to give negative comments,but compared to my U-haul dealer that I used prior to my move,this one is substandard. One person running the counter (Boost mobile). Checked me out quick enough, but had to hookup the trailer myself. Reached my destination and there was sand all over my equipment. Trailer was clean when I picked it up,so a seal or hole must be in the trailer somewhere BTW...I did not drive in sand. Returned the trailer after hours and the drop off area was dimly lit and felt unsafe.
William EBIANCA OF WIRELESS OUTLET WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS SO MUCH EASIER THAN I EXPECTED. THE TRUCK WAS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE - UNDER 4OOO MILES. BUT I WAS SURPRISED THAT IT DIDN'T HAVE POWER WINDOWS AND MIRROR. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS GREAT! IF I EVER NEED A MOVE JOB, I'LL BE BACK TO U-HAUL! THANKS!!
