I was sent to pick up a vehicle here as they ran short at the location I booked . I was to pick up the van in a lot across the street. When I arrivig the gas was at 1/4 tank and I was told it was half full . I sent a photo to but was still overcharged on gas refill. Very dishonest staff and customer service. I would never recommmend to come back again - I will disbute as have back up photos of gas gage and milage

Patrick MagnoI signed up for mobile pickup so I wouldn’t have to interact with other people during this COVID-19 pandemic, but I had to go inside a store that wasn’t practicing social distancing. I had to wait 10 mins to get my vehicle—the man serving me needed ID, then my husband’s ID, and a phone number, then a second phone number and then a third phone number. I had to give my credit card number again. It was just a hassle. The truck was dirty, with a hair extension on the floor and other junk. Not a pleasant experience; will not use U-Haul again and would not recommend to anyone else.

zetiyenga ederStaff not train to facilitate rental truck. No proper protocol in inputting and logging KM, no lockbox to deliver key after hours. No one knows the condition of the truck if it was return or not and uhaul does not even know how to deal with it! Took me one hour just to get the rental out and ai had to call uhaul for the staff in order to fill up the sheets!
