When calling the 1 800 UHaul number, the customer service representatives need to be more knowledgeable of the products they rent. Fortunately the owner of Winter's Auto & Sports Inc, was extremely helpful and resolved all my rental needs satisfactorily.
had booked a cargo van but had to settle for a box truck ... not a complaint but .....
After I found out that my reservation at your Leeds N.Y. had canceled my reservation without notifying me. I was able to rent a truck from this location within minutes. Your Leeds location apparently did not have any equipment but did not notify me. I called just to check on my reservation but no answer locally so called your main number and that is when I found out that the reservation had been canceled. Thank you to the woman who helped me make a new reservation so quickly at your Hudson, NY location. It took us out of our way to get to Hudson but had to have the truck that day.

Nearly impossible for me to find the 5x8 cargo trailer I needed. I called Bill at Winters and he worked with my schedule and his inventory schedule to make it happen. Very much appreciated. He was super friendly and helpful

Rental company purposely misnamed and overcharged for rental. I reserved a motorcycle trailer @ $14.95 a day. Owner charged $18.95 a day for same. 🤷ðŸ¾â€â™‚ï¸

Your app never works because the credit card system is down and then I am stuck waiting with no resolution. Luckily this time I booked while the clerk was still present at the store. The clerk at this location is really helpful, empathic and all-around a great employee. Please let him know people appreciate his presence there.

Reserved an open trailer online, did online check in speed up reservation process. Remember to bring a trailer tail light wiring adapter If you truck needs one. Overall great service
There was not a full tank of gas...it was a little over 85% and the remote check-in does not provide a way to confirm everything is correct( which is frustrating as I certainly had to send a photo at check-out that it was full)
