The Winona, Mo location offers the best equipment with the best customer service. I have been renting U-hauls regularly at this location for over two years and will continue to do so. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Ronald PTo much personal info required for rental. Even info for another individual not involved with rental. Also, uhaul contract makes you responsible even if it's not your fault or due to their equipment malfunction.
Ricky SI ordered the furniture dolly and appliance dolly I didn't get the furniture dolly. The appliance dolly didn't work, the strap wouldn't tighten.

AW HDriver had to wait over an hour to have an agent check him out. Then the agent changed with the reservation without my permission. They were supposed to add the driver that picked up the tow dolly as a driver but they instead put him as the renter then changed how the reservation was written. So not cool.

james GEquipment was at wrong location, had to drive 2.5 hrs one way to get u-haul and pay for gas and moving men and etc. For 5 hrs waiting on truck to get there. Very unprofessional. Not locations fault. U-haul fault. No compensation or discussions with anyone due to holiday. I will be waiting.

Patricia SDrivers side window had air leak so bad when rolled up was quieter with window part way down. Cab has water leak about center of front.
Winona RThe odometer is incorrect on this truck. I traveled in town on a very specific and direct rout to and from the pick up point. The odometer read 15 miles over the distance at the end. I consider this fraud and gouging. I am very unhappy with U HAUL. I expect a refund for the mileage and wonder about renting in the near future for my long distance move to California. IF a 38 mile trip turns into a 55 mile trip, what would it be for 1700 miles? Are all your truck manipulated for mileage?

Donald CI can think of nothing that would have improved my experience. I rented a 10' truck and pulled an auto hauler behind. I had not ever pulled a trailer before & recd pointers from the nice folks at this location. The hooked up the trailer, loaded my car, and pointed the truck in the right direction for me! lol
