Order #24085334.* Serious problem here! * Would not recommend using U-Haul! Reason: The service rep at this location did not help us. He said they no longer had an account with U-Haul. We then returned the truck (in good order) back to the origin pick up address in Bloomington, MN (Lyndale Ave). Office was closed- we had to leave the key in the box outside the front door of office.Beth N.
There was only one attendant also waiting on customers while trying to process me. There was no assistance with loading any of the equipment I was using. I basically gave them my money and had to do everything myself. Even though I had completed the online admin ahead of time, my check-in time took what seemed forever.Dale H.
Man at check out counter who was going through the process of giving me my uhaul personally met my boyfriend prior to me coming in to authorize him to drive the truck continuously flirted with me joking saying he'd call me when verifying my phone number, and told me I had â€œthe sexiest feet he's ever seenâ€ when complimenting my finger and toe nails.Abbie P.

Had trouble finding it at a dark, kind of sketchy gas station. The man was very nice but the location not great. He had to lock the gas station door while doing my transaction. Then unlock it every time someone needed cigarettes or whatever. The process took a while. It's not the mans fault, he had good customer service. Just not a great environment or atmosphere. Definitely not what I expected from what I've seen at previous Uhauls. Two police cars were outside questioning someone.Laura L.

Dropped off the truck almost 24 hours early. Location was a busy gas station - so had to wait quite a while for him to assist gas station clients. Took over 30 minutes to return the truck. I told rep - who was very helpful and good customer service - about the missing items, but they were still on the account. He said he wasn't able to refund me the money because it was on the original receipt that I had gotten the dolly and blankets - so it was never adjusted like I was told it was. Was billed an additional $13.00. So now I've paid about $20 for service items that I never received.Deborah N.

The guy working was very friendly and literally was running to help us. The reason for my rating is the owner has one employee working the convenience store and the uhaul rental. This meant he had to stop and wait on customers and when he had to go out to the truck to inspect we had to leave the store with him(because it is now unattended). He the had to literally run back and forth because customers were coming in the store also. He was doing a great job given the situation but you should require a franchisee or licensed authorized retailer to have help specifically designated to the Uhaul side. Not only for the customer but that was awful for the employee also.Hillary R.

Very difficult to maneuver a large UHaul into/around. But the man couldn't have been nicer.Erin G.
Very poor skills when I picked the Uhaul up from the RICHFIELD Location in Minnesota. I was told I would be paying $150 for a 10 footer even though my brother got a 20 footer for that price. I was told I would only be paying that $150 for the truck and that's it. But once I got to my drop off location they charged me for a certain amount of miles. Since we couldn't get a 15 footer (which was promised over the phone) I had to accept a 10 footer and then my father had to pick up a trailer which was then another $100. Terrible customer service because they would tell me one thing and then the people at the uhaul location would tell me different. Just a very poor experience for a first time u haul renter.Connor W.

The truck that i got had a non functional headlight, i expect that it should have been checked before given to the next customer(which was me in this case). The fixing of head light took over 2 hours while i was stranded in uhauls parking lot. Also, the two equipments i ordered were not available at pick up location , i had visit different and separate locations for each of them. Not a big deal but would have been lot more convenient if they were available at the same location as my online order showed. Thankssaugat S.
