CHRISTOPHER SSo I spent 4 hours on the phone trying to find a simple truck and trailer, ended up having to drive 30 miles to get it and then 30 miles back to the cabin to pickup the vehicle to was taking home so apparently that 60 miles there wasn’t accounted for and I had to pay extra after returning everything. Also returned truck on the exact amount of fuel I took the truck with and got charged a fuel charge. They said it was 3/4 full when I got the truck and it was slightly under 3/4 full, so I returned it the same way I found it. I’ve never had issues like this with uhaul and I use you guys pretty often, definitely will not be using again. Got charged an extra $75 after having to spend 4 hours on the phone to find a truck and trailer when there were about 20 locations within 15 miles on me. Very disappointed.

Kenneth GThis is a follow up to my previous review where I said I would not recommend because they forgot my dolly and two dozen blankets. Well I didn’t realize until after I did my review that they did call me an hour after I left to apologize that they forgot those items and I could return to grab them. Unfortunately I was pressed for time so I couldn’t go back but I did want to acknowledge they made an effort to make it right.

Until we were notified by our local store that Corporate was going to charge us over $100 - to do them a favor! What a sneaky thing to pull. Thank goodness our local store was looking out for us, I appreciate their honesty..

RG RThey were very helpful, explained, in detail, idiosyncrasy's with the trailer door operation to ensure there were no issues while using the equipment. The staff even lubricated the knob on the tongue locking device and door mechanism so it was easy to operate.

CYNTHIA MThese people are not professional and don’t know how to treat a customer. I rented a trailer had it 61 minutes, when I returned it the young kid helped unhook it. He said didn’t have time to check it in of course I wanted the paperwork verifying it wasn’t damage upon return. I walked inside to see the lady which was his mom and she said she would give me the paperwork. Her husband came in screaming that I needed to get my ass outside and move my truck now. At this point I asked who didn’t he think he was talking to. He began to scream in my face then pushed against me at this point I informed him if he touched or pushed me again it wouldn’t end good for him. His wife got up and came between us and told him he needed to go in the other room and sit down. I got my paperwork and left, if this is the type people you have representing your company and won’t use uhaul again. I will file a complaint with the BBB if nothing is done.
