Very helpful person and great customer service for me. This was my second time renting the trailer at this location. Very convenient location because of my moving items from Dayton to Silver Springs.

Ralph MurphyMy orginal pick up location was hwy 50 location Carson city nv I made my reservation several weeks in advance and when I went to pick up my truck they had none for me and they sent me 50 miles away to pick up a truck which I didn’t like because I had no car . Had a bad experience with your company this time and don’t know if I would use it again.
DONNA BELLAZAIREMy assigned truck was on empty. They needed to swap out my truck to one that had gas. However, while the new truck had gas, the passenger floor mat had dried mud on it and dog footprints on the passenger seat. My drop off location wanted to charge me for the cleaning, but I explained the situation and was not charged.

Reservation was made and confirmation received but when we arrived representative at the site informed us no reservation and he was leaving for the day and we could come back in the morning to pickup which was a 40 minute drive there and back for us. The representative at the Fallon site ...automotive was extremely helpful and i would give them 5 stars for troubleshooting for us and calling to check with us and the Uhaul site in Silver Springs that we would be able to get the trailer she had helped us to reserve since she did not have any in Fallon. She should get a gold star for going above and beyond to help us.

Mariela CamachoThe vehicle was full of dog hair and not wiped down. Smelled like stale people. Window was full of bugs. The truck ran great. Got great gas mileage. Overall it was ok. Wish it had been cleaner. Picked it up with dog hair and dropped it off 6 hours later.

I had the text sent to me( I was in my van) and my husband was driving the uhaul to pick up auto transport. He had the photo and couldn't send it to me because he was driving. I got timed out to fill in all the info.
dona rossNot the pick up spots fault BUT we did have to drive from Fallon,NV to Silver Spring to pick up a different trailer because the tires were bad. We had to drive an extra hour, round trip, which cost $ and time. Silver Spring lady and staff was very nice and helpful
Robert ShawDavid the scheduling manager was extremely rude and would not send me to anyone above him. He said there was no uhaul in Yerington when in fact there is. He told his boss that he told me there was no space when that was not what he said.

Paula VillaDue to previous customer issues I was delayed three hours in picking up my truck. It ended up costing me an additional $180.00 in helper fees to load the truck, and I had to drive an additional 50 miles to pick up the truck because it was determined to be unavailable near my home. I was not told of this until one day before my move. This was the worse U Haul experience I have ever had and in my life I have rented many trucks.
Thomas EngleThe truck was filthy. Drink spills all over the doors . The alignment was so bad the wheel was completely turned to the left to go straight. It was a scary drive at best with the vehicle in that condition.

Andrew MorenoThe truck sucked, should have never been allowed for a long trip. My son in-law lost 8 pounds due to non working a/c. This was reported to your corporate office, brake warning lights and bells came on, tech came out and did nothing. He advised old truck should not have been sent out, we were told that we would have to take truck to somewhere out of the way to repair a/c. The truck would barely make it to the speed limit, the pedal had to be held to the floor. The people at the 1621 Florida Ave in Lakeland are the rudest people ever. Substantial credit should be returned for the price of this junker. Dealer at 500 n fla ave advised he would put truck down due to a/c problem. We rented 4 Uboxes and 2 trucks and treated poorly.

Robert SobeyLocation was a little out of the way 15 miles outside of where we were but a nice ride in the desert. Finiding the right size trailer was a bit challenging/limited but we understand it is no ones fault other then what is coming in and out of that small town.
Kristine MoraceThe original location in Reno we rented from had no enclosed trailers, and we were rerouted to the Silver Springs location, an hour drive from where we were. We had driven 40min to Reno from California already to pick up the trailer, we had no idea where Silver Springs even was. It was time consuming and altered our schedule drastically, as we were there to move our son who was diagnosed with cancer. Silver Springs had no packing paper, moving blankets or other materials, so we then had to find a Home Depot location. We lost hours of precious time because of this. Very inconvenient, very little service. The trailer was dirty inside, so we had to clean it first on top of all that.
