We were supposed to pick up @ Hwy 74 got there the truck wasn't there. The guy had customers before us that we're unhappy too. We were supposed to pick up @ 9:00 our family was @ the move-out home ready to load but didn't get the truck til after 10:00, so we lost an hour. Wouldn't recommend Hwy 74 location in Menifee, Ca.Thomas C.

Windshield was filthy as in you couldn't see out. The gas marker was marked wrong. There was less gas in the van then indicated. The horn doesn't work. On the way back, I wasn't told where to leave the van. And to complete the process, Uhaul didn't have any contracts under my name. I had to wait on the phone for over 20 minutes and talk to someone that wasn't sure what to do to complete the drop off. Not very fun. Chances are it won't happen any more.Ramin B.

Spend lots of time setting everything up online only to have to answer all kinds of questions before getting the trailer. Ended up hooking the trailer up myself because the man was not there. He showed up to finnish the paperwork.ROBERT O.

Very professional I was surprised because I've rented from a lot of U-Hall locations and I actually started renting from budget rent a truck because so many locations were unprofessional but I'm definitely coming back to this location. Do not assign such an old vehicle, with such high mileage to travel across the country. This vehicle's transmission blew up on the second day, in Yuma, AZ in the middle of a busy intersection, in 116 degree heat, causing me to have to transfer everything in a 20 ft. truck to another truck, in this heat, delaying trip for 9 hours, and having to completely change my hotel reservations along my route, costing additional late notice change fees!Ashley B.

I was sent to the wrong location first. I had to drive 2 hours round trip out of the way to get my truck. After all that I was charged for additional miles after UHaul messed up.PAUL R.
I booked a month in advanced, showed up and they said they don't have a truck for me then was told they don't have anything local. Called they said same thing. Went online found one I could book and they sent me all the way to Winchester. Charged me for a dolly I did not get. The vehicle smelled extremely strong of marijuana. Found marijuana leaves in the back of the U-Haul. The truck ran poorly and needs alignment. Very annoyed with my experience especially it delaying my move and spending almost 200 dollars To be extremely inconvenienceMELISSA B.

Again making sure that the trucks recommended are accurate. Over the phone I had explained that I needed to move a large 2 bedroom apartment and the was recommended a truck that was too small.GILBERT R.
I rent a car hauler two times a month. My regular place of pick up double booked themselves and I had to drive an hour to get my trailer. Then, it was a major pain to try to get it returned locally without having to drive an additional hour. The trailer was very dirty, the straps and chains extremely greasy. And the deck was bent and scraped my vehicle. This particular time was a terrible experience!DEREK W.
